FIRST FLUSH STORMWATER TREATMENT APPARATUS WITH BACK WASHING MODULE
The present invention relates to a first flush stormwater treatment apparatus with a backwashing module. The main technical features of the present invention involves a filtering structure for stormwater treatment, provided inside a multi-partitioned precast concrete (PC) main body, wherein the filtering structure includes a primary screen and a secondary medium filter. In particular, a washing module is provided on the top surface of the medium filter, wherein the washing module makes a water pump spray high-pressure water (or selectively, high-pressure air) down to the medium filter so that impurities or foreign substances adhered to the bottom (and the inside) of the medium filter are removed by backwashing, thereby highly improving filtering and stormwater treating performance. In addition, the primary screen for pre-treating the introduced stormwater is a perforated screen of a cylindrical shape, and performs dynamic filtering with the shape making the impurities and foreign substances be less adhered, thereby increasing filtering efficiency and reducing installation space occupancy. Moreover, the first flush stormwater treatment apparatus provides easy installation and maintenance, and improved usability for a worker, and includes a space part for a dredge tank (130-2) inside thereof to easily dredge the impurities filtered and removed by secondary filtering and adsorption.
본 발명은 역세척 초기 우수 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 다단 구획식 피씨(PC: Precast Concrete) 본체 내에 우수 처리에 따른 여과 구조를 구비하도록 하되, 상기 여과 구조는 1차식 스크린과 2차식 여재필터로 구성하도록 형성되며, 특히 여재필터의 상면에는 워터펌프로 하여금 하방향 여재필터를 향해 고압수(또는 선택적으로 고압에어)를 분사하여 여재필터의 저면(및 내부)에 달라붙은 협잡물(오염물) 또는 이물질을 역으로 제거할 수 있도록 하는 세척 모듈이 구비됨으로써 여과 및 우수처리 효율이 크게 개선되도록 함은 물론 유입된 우수의 전처리용인 1차식 스크린은 종전의 판형 스크린과 달리 원기둥 형태의 타공망식 스크린 구조로 형성되어 협잡물(오염물) 또는 이물질이 덜 달라붙는 형태로 입체적인 필터링을 수행하도록 함으로써 여과효율이 높은 반면 설치공간 점유율이 낮게 확보되고, 작업자로 하여금 시공과 유지보수가 편리하며 사용성이 크게 향상되게 하고, 2차 여과 흡착되어 제거된 협잡물(오염물)을 쉽게 준설처리 할 수 있도록 내부에 준설조(130-2)의 공간부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a first flush stormwater treatment apparatus with a backwashing module.
