SEWAGE DISPOSAL APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a sewage disposal system for a vehicle in a railway vehicle depot capable of storing sewage in a transporting vehicle by being connected to each toilet located in a plurality of trains to discharge the sewage to the outside. The present invention comprises: an opening (100) installed in each toilet installed in a vehicle (K) to be connected to the outside, including a line connected to a sewage storage chamber (110) and a water supply tank (120); a plurality of connecting pipes (200) selectively connected to a line of the opening (100) outside the vehicle, each of which comprises a sewage transfer line (210), a water supply washing line (220), and a compressed air line (230); an opening valve (300) individually installed in the sewage transfer line (210), the water supply washing line (220), and the compressed air line (230) forming the connecting pipe (200), and opening and closing the line in accordance to a signal; a control unit (400) controlling the connecting pipe (200); a sewage storage tank (500) storing the sewage discharged through the sewage transfer line (210) in accordance to the signal of the control unit (400); a water storage tank (600) supplying water to the toilet through the water supply washing line (220); and a washing water storage tank (700) supplying washing water through the water supply washing line (220). The sewage disposal system rapidly collects and washes the sewage storage chamber installed in the toilet of the vehicle.
본 발명은 다수 차량의 객실에 위치한 화장실에 각각 연결되어 분뇨를 외부로 배출시켜 운반 차량에 저장하도록 하는 철도 차량 기지에서의 차량 분뇨 수거 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 차량(K)에 구비된 각각의 화장실에서 각각 외부로 연통되게 구비되며 분뇨저장실(110) 및 급수탱크(120)와 연결된 라인을 갖는 개폐구(100); 차량 외부에서 상기 개폐구(100)의 라인에 선택적으로 접속 연결되는 것이며, 각각 분뇨이송라인(210)과 급수세척라인(220) 및 압축공기라인(230)으로 분리 구성되는 복수의 연결관(200); 상기 연결관(200)을 이루는 분뇨이송라인(210)과 급수세척라인(220) 및 압축공기라인(230)에 각각 설치되어 신호값에 따라 해당 라인을 개폐하게 되는 개폐밸브(300); 상기 연결관(200)을 제어하는 제어부(400); 및 상기 제어부(400)의 신호값에 따라 상기 분뇨이송라인(210)을 통해 배출되는 분뇨 및 폐수를 저장하는 분뇨 저장탱크(500), 상기 급수세척라인(220)을 통해 화장실에 물을 공급하는 물 저장탱크(600), 상기 급수세척라인(220)을 통해 세척수를 공급하는 세척수 저장탱크(700);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 차량의 화장실에 마련된 분뇨 저장실을 신속하게 수거 및 세척할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a sewage disposal system for a vehicle in a railway vehicle depot capable of storing sewage in a transporting vehicle by being connected to each toilet located in a plurality of trains to discharge the sewage to the outside. The present invention comprises: an opening (100) installed in each toilet installed in a vehicle (K) to be connected to the outside, including a line connected to a sewage storage chamber (110) and a water supply tank (120); a plurality of connecting pipes (200) selectively connected to a line of the opening (100) outside the vehicle, each of which comprises a sewage transfer line (210), a water supply washing line (220), and a compressed air line (230); an opening valve (300) individually installed in the sewage transfer line (210), the water supply washing line (220), and the compressed air line (230) forming the connecting pipe (200), and opening and closing the line in accordance to a signal; a control unit (400) controlling the connecting pipe (200); a sewage storage tank (500) storing the sewage discharged through the sewage transfer line (210) in accordance to the signal of the control unit (400); a water storage tank (600) supplying water to the toilet through the water supply washing line (220); and a washing water storage tank (700) supplying washing water through the water supply washing line (220). The sewage disposal system rapidly collects and washes the sewage storage chamber installed in the toilet of the vehicle.
본 발명은 다수 차량의 객실에 위치한 화장실에 각각 연결되어 분뇨를 외부로 배출시켜 운반 차량에 저장하도록 하는 철도 차량 기지에서의 차량 분뇨 수거 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 차량(K)에 구비된 각각의 화장실에서 각각 외부로 연통되게 구비되며 분뇨저장실(110) 및 급수탱크(120)와 연결된 라인을 갖는 개폐구(100); 차량 외부에서 상기 개폐구(100)의 라인에 선택적으로 접속 연결되는 것이며, 각각 분뇨이송라인(210)과 급수세척라인(220) 및 압축공기라인(230)으로 분리 구성되는 복수의 연결관(200); 상기 연결관(200)을 이루는 분뇨이송라인(210)과 급수세척라인(220) 및 압축공기라인(230)에 각각 설치되어 신호값에 따라 해당 라인을 개폐하게 되는 개폐밸브(300); 상기 연결관(200)을 제어하는 제어부(400); 및 상기 제어부(400)의 신호값에 따라 상기 분뇨이송라인(210)을 통해 배출되는 분뇨 및 폐수를 저장하는 분뇨 저장탱크(500), 상기 급수세척라인(220)을 통해 화장실에 물을 공급하는 물 저장탱크(600), 상기 급수세척라인(220)을 통해 세척수를 공급하는 세척수 저장탱크(700);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 차량의 화장실에 마련된 분뇨 저장실을 신속하게 수거 및 세척할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
