SCALE REMOVING APPARATUS FOR WATER PIPE
The present invention relates to a scale removing apparatus for a water pipe, removing fixed substances such as rust, scale, stacked foreign substances or the like, which are fixed to an interior of the water pipe embedded under a ground, and more specifically, relates to a scale removing apparatus dividing a water pipe into sections to remove scale fixed to an interior of each section of the water pipe without a need to excavate the water pipe embedded under the ground to transfer water. A blade member can be contracted or expended from a body part by an elastic member such that a scaler easily passes through a part where scale is thickly stacked to remove the scale. Moreover, the scaler can have a short length to solve a problem where the scaler is jammed with a curved part of the pipe not to pass through, thereby effectively removing the scale, and also solve a problem where a wire pulling the scaler is cut out or the scaler is jammed with a hollow hole of the water pipe. Waste materials except for water remaining in the water pipe and removed scale are not generated, thereby saving costs for processing a secondary water material. The blade member directly scratching and removing the scale is supported by the elastic member such that the blade member is not easily bent and deformed.
본 발명은 지중에 매설된 상수도관의 내부에 고착된 녹, 스케일 또는 적층된 이물질 등과 같은 고착물을 제거하기 위한 상수도관 스케일 제거장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하면, 상수를 이송하기 위하여 지중에 매설되는 상수도관을 굴착하지 않고, 상수도관의 일부 구간씩을 구분하여 상수도관 내부면에 고착된 스케일을 제거하기 위한 상수도관 스케일 제거장치에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 탄성부재에 의하여 블레이드부재가 몸체로부터 축소 또는 확장가능하기 때문에, 스케일러가 스케일이 두껍게 고착된 부분을 용이하게 통과하며 스케일을 제거할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있음과 동시에, 스케일러의 길이를 짧게 구성할 수 있으므로 곡관부위에 스케일러가 끼어 통과가 불가능한 상황이 발생되지 않아 스케일 제거가 효율적이고, 스케일러를 당기는 와이어가 끊어지거나 스케일러가 상수도관의 중공에 끼는 문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있고; 상수도관에 잔존하는 물과 제거된 스케일 이외의 폐기물이 발생하지 않아, 2차적인 폐기물의 처리 비용이 소요되지 않는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며; 스케일을 직접적으로 긁어 제거하는 블레이드부재가 탄성부재에 의하여 완충되기 때문에, 블레이드부재가 쉽게 구부러지거나 변형되지 않는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a scale removing apparatus for a water pipe, removing fixed substances such as rust, scale, stacked foreign substances or the like, which are fixed to an interior of the water pipe embedded under a ground, and more specifically, relates to a scale removing apparatus dividing a water pipe into sections to remove scale fixed to an interior of each section of the water pipe without a need to excavate the water pipe embedded under the ground to transfer water.
