WALL COATINGS THIN TEXTURED FINISHES CONSISTING PRIMARILY OF KAOLIN
The present invention relates to a wall coating material for construction, comprising kaolin as a main ingredient and, more specifically, to a wall coating material for construction, comprising kaolin as a main ingredient, which comprises 55 to 80 wt% of kaolin, 1 to 10 wt% of tourmaline, 1 to 10 wt% of titanium oxide, 3 to 15 wt% of gypsum, 3 to 15 wt% of an inorganic natural material, and 3 to 15 wt% of vegetable-based adhesive powder. More specifically, when preparing the wall coating material for construction, kaolin is included as a main ingredient; various natural minerals are added; and an inorganic natural material is mixed. Accordingly, the wall coating material can provide an eco-friendly function, excellent adhesive power, and stability at a low temperature. In addition, the wall coating material is prepared in a powder state, thereby allowing a user to transform the coating material in various ways for use and preventing the deterioration thereof during the period of distribution and storage. Furthermore, plate-shape kaolin is used to provide an excellent glossy effect.
본 발명은 카오린을 주성분으로 하는 건축용 벽바름재에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 카오린 55 내지 80중량%, 토르말린 1 내지 10중량%, 산화티탄 1 내지 10중량%, 석고 3 내지 15중량%, 무기질천연재료 3 내지 15중량% 및 식물성접착파우더 3 내지 15중량%를 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카오린을 주성분으로 하는 건축용 벽바름재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 카오린을 주성분으로 하는 건축용 벽바름재에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 카오린을 주성분으로 하여 여러 가지 천연광물을 첨가하고 무기질천연재료와 혼합하여 건축용 벽바름재를 제조함으로써, 환경친화적인 기능 및 부착강도가 뛰어나고, 저온에서도 안정하며, 벽바름재가 분말상태로 제조되어 사용자가 다양하게 변형하여 사용할 수 있으며, 유통 및 저장 과정 중에 변질 되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 판상형 카오린을 사용하여 광택 효과가 뛰어난 것과 같은 기능성이 증진되는 효과가 있다.
