The present invention relates to a floor panel to prevent a floor noise in an apartment house and, more specifically, relates to a floor panel to prevent the floor noise in the apartment house which reduces construction time by facilitating an assembling structure and improving the effects of reducing floor noises. The floor panel to prevent floor noises in the apartment house obtains the effect of preventing floor noises without changing a floor structure of the apartment house; reduces cooling and heating costs because the floor panel has excellent heat insulation, thermal barrier, and sound insulation effects; and improves a convenience of construction. The floor panel to prevent floor noise in the apartment comprises: a lower housing, a porous foamed polyethylene sheet, a glass fiber plate, a silicone sheet, an upper housing, a leaf spring, coupling bolts, and couplers.
본 발명은 공동주택 층간 소음 방지용 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 조립구조를 용이하게 하여 시공시간을 단축하고, 시공 편리성을 증대시키면서 층간 소음 차단 효과를 더욱 증대시킨 공동주택 층간 소음 방지용 바닥재에 관한 것으로 공동주택의 바닥구조 자체를 변경하지 않으면서 효과적인 층간 소음 방지효과를 얻을 수 있고, 단열 차열 차음효과가 뛰어나기 때문에 냉난방비용도 줄이되, 무엇보다도 시공의 편의성을 달성하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
