The present invention relates to a support device for a vertical wall mold which is to obtain safety, facilitate connection with an anchor bolt, and use of a side supporter. The support device for the vertical wall mold comprises: a vertical bar attached to a mold; a horizontal bar connected to protrude from a lower end of the vertical bar to the outside; an inclined bar diagonally connecting an upper part of the vertical bar and an outer end of the horizontal bar; a reinforcing bar connected inside of the inclined bar, the vertical bar, and the horizontal bar; an auxiliary support bar connected to the upper part of the vertical bar, supporting the mold of the vertical wall built to be higher than a standard height; and a footboard support unit installed in the auxiliary support bar supported by a side supporter. The support device also comprises: an anchor bolt connection unit enabling the support device for the vertical wall mold to easily be connected to the anchor bolt embedded into a foundation or a constructed wall; and a side supporter connection unit supporting the side supporter supporting the auxiliary support bar or the footboard support unit, and connecting the support device for the mold of an adjacent vertical wall by a scaffold pipe.
본 발명은 앵커볼트와 결합과 사이드서포터의 사용을 용이하게 하면서 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 거푸집과 밀착되는 수직바와, 상기 수직바의 하단에서 외측으로 돌출되게 연결하는 수평바와, 상기 수직바의 상부와 수평바의 외측단부를 사선방향으로 연결하는 경사바와, 상기 수직바와 수평바 및 경사바의 내부에 연결하는 보강바로 구성하고, 상기 수직바의 상부에 결합되어 표준높이보다 높게 구축되는 수직벽체의 거푸집을 지지할 수 있게하는 보조지지바와, 상기 보조지지바에 구비되어 사이드서포터로 받쳐지는 발판지지대를 포함하는 수직벽체 거푸집 지지장치에 있어서; 상기 수직벽체 거푸집 지지장치를 기초 또는 구축된 벽체에 매립되는 앵커볼트와의 결합을 용이하게 하는 앵커볼트결합수단과, 상기 보조지지바 또는 발판지지대를 받치는 사이드서포터를 지지하면서 인접 수직벽체 거푸집 지지장치를 비계파이프로 연결할 수 있도록 하는 사이드서포터결합수단을 더 가지도록 구성하는 것이 특징이다.
The present invention relates to a support device for a vertical wall mold which is to obtain safety, facilitate connection with an anchor bolt, and use of a side supporter. The support device for the vertical wall mold comprises: a vertical bar attached to a mold; a horizontal bar connected to protrude from a lower end of the vertical bar to the outside; an inclined bar diagonally connecting an upper part of the vertical bar and an outer end of the horizontal bar; a reinforcing bar connected inside of the inclined bar, the vertical bar, and the horizontal bar; an auxiliary support bar connected to the upper part of the vertical bar, supporting the mold of the vertical wall built to be higher than a standard height; and a footboard support unit installed in the auxiliary support bar supported by a side supporter.
