PROTECTOR FOR THE EDGE OF HARBOR FACILITIES
The present invention relates to an edge protector for a harbor structure. The edge protector comprises a fixed frame having a top part, a side part, and an edge part to connect the top part and the side part and a buffer unit fixed on the edge part of the fixed frame to relieve impact caused when a ship comes alongside a pier, thereby minimizing damage to the edge protector. The edge protector installed in an inner wall of a harbor to protect an edge of the inner wall comprises: a fixed frame (10) having a top part (110) positioned on the top of an inner wall (300), a side part (120) positioned on the side surface of the inner wall (300), and an edge part (130) to connect the top part (110) and the side part (120); and a buffer unit (20) inserted into one side of the edge part (130) of the fixed frame (10) to relieve impact. First and second coupling holes (112, 122) wherein an anchor bolt pre-installed in the inner wall (300) is inserted are formed at positions crossing each other on the top part (110) and the side part (120). Protrusions (116, 126) are formed on the undersurface of the top part (110) and the side part (120) at a predetermined depth to amplify fixing force with the inner wall (300). One or more uneven portions (114) are formed on the top of the top part (110) at a predetermined height.
본 발명은 항만구조물의 모서리보호구에 관한 것으로서, 상면부와 측면부 및 이들을 연결하는 모서리부가 구성된 고정프레임과 상기 고정프레임의 모서리부에 고정되는 완충수단으로 구성되는 모서리보호구를 구성함으로써, 선박의 접안시 발생하는 충격 등을 완화시켜 상기 모서리보호구의 파손을 최소화할 수 있도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 항만의 안벽에 설치되어 상기 안벽의 모서리를 보호할 수 있도록 하는 항만구조물의 모서리보호구에 있어서, 상기 안벽(300)의 상단에 위치되는 상면부(110)와, 상기 안벽(300)의 측면에 위치되는 측면부(120) 및 상기 상면부(110)와 측면부(120) 사이를 연결하는 모서리부(130)로 구성되는 고정프레임(10); 및 상기 고정프레임(10)의 모서리부(130)에 일측에 삽입되어 충격을 완화시키도록 하는 완충수단(20)을 포함하고; 상기 상면부(110)와 측면부(120) 각각에는 상호 교차되는 위치에 형성되고, 상기 안벽(300)에 기설치된 앵커볼트가 삽입되는 제1 및 제2체결공(112)(122)이 형성되며; 상기 상면부(110) 및 측면부(120)의 저면에는 안벽(300)과의 고정력이 증폭되도록 일정깊이를 가지는 단턱(116)(126)이 형성되고; 상기 상면부(110)의 상단에는 일정높이를 가지는 적어도 하나 이상의 요철(114);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an edge protector for a harbor structure.
