INSULATION FIXING DEVICE FOR APARTMENT HOUSE
The present invention relates to an insulation material fixing device for an apartment building conveniently and firmly installing an insulation material. The insulation material fixing device for an apartment building comprises: the longitudinal insulation material (20) having a sheet insertion groove (22) and an interference preventing groove (23); a first extrusion member (30); a wall fixing unit (32) formed in an end part of a rear side of the first extrusion member (30); a second extrusion member (50); a side surface bonding layer (60); a first front surface bonding layer (62) interposed between the front surface (26) of the insulation material and the first extrusion member (30); a second front surface bonding layer (64) interposed between the front surface (26) of the insulation material (20) and the second extrusion member (50); a coupling unit (36) formed at the front edge (34) of the first extrusion member; a circular rib (54) formed at an edge (52) of the second extrusion member (50); and an interval confirmation protrusion (56) securing a predetermined distance to the coupling unit.
본 발명은 벽이나 천장과 같은 단열부위에 설치되는 단열재를 인서트의 도움이 없이 편리하고 견고하게 설치할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 배면(21)의 가장자리에 형성되는 판재삽입홈(22)과, 판재삽입홈(22)에 형성되는 간섭방지홈(23)을 갖는 장방형의 단열재(20); 단열재(20)의 전방우측모서리(24)에 부착되는 "L"자 단면의 제 1압출부재(30); 제 1압출부재(30)의 후방측 단부에 형성되는 벽면고정부(32); 단열재(20)의 전방좌측모서리(25)에 부착되고, 제 1압출부재(30)와 밀착되면서 함께 "T"자 모양을 이루는 "L"자 단면의 제 2압출부재(50); 제 1압출부재(30)와 제 2압출부재(50) 사이에서 양측을 접착하는 측면접착층(60); 단열재(20)의 정면(26)과 제 1압출부재(30) 사이에 개재되어 양측을 접착하는 제 1정면접착층(62); 단열재(20)의 정면(26)과 제 2압출부재(50) 사이에 개재되어 양측을 접착하는 제 2정면접착층(64); 제 1압출부재(30)의 정면모서리(34)에 형성되고, 원호중심(C1)이 정면모서리(34)로부터 전방측을 향해 떨어진 위치에 있는 호형홈(36a)을 갖는 결합부(36); 정면모서리(34)와 인접한 제 2압출부재(50)의 모서리(52)에 형성되고, 호형홈(36a)에 결합되는 호형리브(54); 및 호형리브(54)로부터 돌출되어 결합부(36)와 일정한 간격을 형성하는 간격확인턱(56)을 포함한다.
