PADLOCK FOR BAG ORNAMENTAL PURPOSES
The present invention relates to a lock for bag decoration, capable of preventing the malfunction of locking and unlocking, and easing its assembly. The lock for bag decoration includes: a shackle including a locking step in an end thereof; a front body including upper and lower rails to guide the elevation of the shackle in a front side of a transverse panel corresponding to a long part of the shackle, a stopper including a rotation shaft, a guide hole, and a holder, and limiting the elevation of the shackle by making contact with the locking step between the upper and lower rails, and a step on a border of a longitudinal panel including a key hole; a latch including a nose, locking the elevation of the shackle and combined with the rotation shaft, a guide pin moving along the guide hole, and a cam making contact with a key; a latch spring keeping contact between the locking step and the nose of the latch; a shackle spring elevating the shackle when the shackle is separated from the latch; a rear body including upper and lower rails, formed on a surface facing the upper and lower rails of the front body, and a stopper, formed between the guide hole and the upper and lower rails; and a casing including first and second shackle holes, formed in both sides of an opened hollow surface to insert the front and rear bodies, and a hooking step, matched with the step and formed on a border of the opened part.
본 발명은 조립이 용이하고 잠금 및 풀림 오작동을 방지할 수 있는 가방 장식용 자물쇠를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에서는 한쪽 단부에 록킹턱이 형성된 샤클과, 샤클의 길이가 긴 쪽 부분과 대응되는 가로판부의 전면 일측에 샤클의 승강을 안내하는 상부레일과 하부레일이 일정 간격을 두고 형성되고, 회전축, 가이드홀 및 홀더가 형성되고, 상부 및 하부레일 사이에 록킹턱과 접촉간섭을 일으켜 샤클의 상승을 제한하는 스토퍼가 형성되며, 키홀이 형성된 세로판부의 테두리에 단턱이 형성된 프론트바디와, 회전축에 상부가 회전 가능하게 결합되고 샤클의 상승을 구속하는 노즈와 가이드홀을 따라 이동하는 가이드핀 및 열쇠와 접촉되는 캠이 형성된 래치와, 래치의 노즈가 샤클의 록킹턱과 걸림 접촉된 상태를 유지시키는 래치스프링과, 샤클이 래치와 풀림 상태 시 샤클을 상승시키는 샤클스프링과, 프론트바디의 상부 및 하부레일과 대향 면에 상부 및 하부레일이 형성되고, 가이드홀과 상부 및 하부레일 사이에 스토퍼가 형성된 리어바디와, 프론트바디와 리어바디가 삽입되도록 하면이 개구된 중공형 상면 양측에 제1 및 제2샤클홀이 형성되며, 그 개구부 안쪽 면 둘레에 단턱과 대응되는 형상의 걸림턱이 형성된 케이싱을 포함하는 장식용 자물쇠를 개시한다.

본 발명은 조립이 용이하고 잠금 및 풀림 오작동을 방지할 수 있는 가방 장식용 자물쇠를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에서는 한쪽 단부에 록킹턱이 형성된 샤클과, 샤클의 길이가 긴 쪽 부분과 대응되는 가로판부의 전면 일측에 샤클의 승강을 안내하는 상부레일과 하부레일이 일정 간격을 두고 형성되고, 회전축, 가이드홀 및 홀더가 형성되고, 상부 및 하부레일 사이에 록킹턱과 접촉간섭을 일으켜 샤클의 상승을 제한하는 스토퍼가 형성되며, 키홀이 형성된 세로판부의 테두리에 단턱이 형성된 프론트바디와, 회전축에 상부가 회전 가능하게 결합되고 샤클의 상승을 구속하는 노즈와 가이드홀을 따라 이동하는 가이드핀 및 열쇠와 접촉되는 캠이 형성된 래치와, 래치의 노즈가 샤클의 록킹턱과 걸림 접촉된 상태를 유지시키는 래치스프링과, 샤클이 래치와 풀림 상태 시 샤클을 상승시키는 샤클스프링과, 프론트바디의 상부 및 하부레일과 대향 면에 상부 및 하부레일이 형성되고, 가이드홀과 상부 및 하부레일 사이에 스토퍼가 형성된 리어바디와, 프론트바디와 리어바디가 삽입되도록 하면이 개구된 중공형 상면 양측에 제1 및 제2샤클홀이 형성되며, 그 개구부 안쪽 면 둘레에 단턱과 대응되는 형상의 걸림턱이 형성된 케이싱을 포함하는 장식용 자물쇠를 개시한다.
