ALIGN APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RESTORING STONE CULTURAL HERITAGE
The present invention relates to alignment device and method for restoring a stone cultural heritage. After multiple first ascending members (30) are mounted on the upper surface of a rotation plate member (20) installed in a fixing carriage member (10), original stone (OS) is mounted on the upper part of the first ascending members (30). The first ascending members (30) are driven to ascend, so a brace (41) and a wedge (42) of a first fixing member (40) are embedded between the rotation plate member (20) in the lower part of the OS, when the OS is in a horizontal state by an inclinometer, so that the OS is fixated. When restoration stone (RS) is mounted on the upper part of multiple second ascending members (60) mounted on the upper surface of a moving carriage member (50) installed to move along a rail (51), the second ascending members (60) are driven to ascend so that the RS is located on the same horizontal line and at the same height as the OS by the inclinometer. While the RS is fixated since a second brace (71) and a second wedge (72) of a second fixing member (70) are embedded into the lower part of the RS, the rotation plate member (20) is rotated at fixed angles. So, a deleted surface of the OS faces one side of the RS, and accurate arrangement is performed.
본 발명은 석조 문화재 복원용 얼라인장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 고정 대차부재(10)에 구비되는 회전판 부재(20)의 상부면에 복수의 제1 승강 부재(30)들이 안치되도록 한 후 상기 제1 승강 부재(30)들의 상부로 원석재(OS)가 안치되도록 하고, 제1 승강 부재(30)들을 승강 구동시켜 수평계를 이용하여 원석재(OS)가 수평의 상태가 되도록 하면 원석재(OS)의 하부로 회전판 부재(20)와의 사이로 제1 고정 부재(40)의 부목(41)과 쐐기(42)를 개입시켜 원석재(OS)가 고정되도록 하며, 레일(51)을 따라 이동 가능하게 구비되는 이동 대차부재(50)의 상부면에 안치되는 복수의 제2 승강 부재(60)들의 상부로 복원용 석재(RS)가 안치되면 제2 승강 부재(60)들을 승강구동시켜 수평계를 이용하여 원석재(OS)와 동일한 높이와 동일 수평선상에 복원용 석재(RS)가 위치되도록 하고, 상기 복원용 석재(RS)의 하부로 제2 고정 부재(70)의 부목(71)과 쐐기(72)를 개입시켜 복원용 석재(RS)가 고정되도록 한 상태에서 상기 회전판 부재(20)를 일정 각도로 회전시켜 원석재(OS)의 결실면이 복원용 석재(RS)의 일면과 상호 마주보도록 하여 정확한 정렬이 이루어지도록 하는데 특징이 있다.

The present invention relates to alignment device and method for restoring a stone cultural heritage.
