Provided is an elastic rubber flooring composition including a mixing binder including a plasticizer containing a thermoplastic polymer having DSC melting point of 50 to 150°C inclusive and a hydrocarbon component obtained from waste oil; and a rubber chip.
DSC 융점이 50℃ 이상이고 150℃ 이하인 열가소성 고분자와 폐유로부터 얻은 탄화수소 성분을 함유한 유동화제를 포함한 혼합 바인더; 및 고무칩을 포함하는 탄성 고무 바닥재 조성물이 제공된다.
