FIRE RESISTING STRUCTURE IN SLEEVE, AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a fire-resistant structure in a perforated sleeve between floors and a construction method thereof. The construction method of the fire-resistant structure in a perforated sleeve between floors comprises: installing a perforated sleeve between floors, which has a bottle neck part having a diameter becoming smaller; placing concrete outside the perforated sleeve between floors; installing a pipe inside the perforated sleeve between floors; installing a fireproof filling member for filling a gap between the pipe and the perforated sleeve between floors in the bottle neck part; and placing a foaming material in a space between the pipe and the perforated sleeve between floors. According to the present invention, the fire-resistant structure retains original fireproof features even when the perforated sleeve between floors, made of a combustible material melts down due to a fire.
층간 관통 슬리브에서의 화재 저항 구조체, 및 화재 저항 구조체 시공 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은, 관경이 좁아지는 병목부가 내부에 형성된 층간 관통 슬리브를 설치하고, 층간 관통 슬리브의 외부에 콘크리트를 타설하며, 층간 관통 슬리브의 내부에 배관을 설치하고, 배관과 관통 슬리브 사이의 공간을 메우는 내화 충전재를 병목부에 설치하며, 배관과 관통 슬리브 사이의 공간에 발포재를 설치하는 과정을 통해 구현된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 화재로 인해 가연성 재질의 층간 관통 슬리브가 녹아내리는 경우에도 화재 저항 구조체 본연의 내화 기능을 유지할 수 있게 된다.
