PRODUCTION AND ON-SITE INSTALLATION EASY CONSTRUCTION SAFETY SCAFFOLD
The present invention relates to construction scaffolding for safety which is easily produced and easily installed on a site. The construction scaffolding for safety on a vacancy comprises: a footboard having a plurality of grooves arranged in a longitudinal direction, wherein an antiskid hole is bored between the grooves; an end piece unit welded by being overlapped with a front side and a rear side of the footboard; and a connection ring attached to both sides on the front and the rear of the footboard and hung on a pipe. A locking member supporting a bottom of a pipe is attached to the end piece unit on the front and rear of the scaffolding, so the scaffolding is formed to be detached from the pipe with the connection ring. The construction scaffolding for safety emits a locking guide holding the pipe by being applied to the connection ring, and includes the locking member mutually facing to the end piece unit on both sides of the scaffolding; thus the scaffolding supports one side on the lower part of a pipe section where the connection rings on four points are supported, and a handle unit of the locking member is simply lifted when the scaffolding is disassembled. The construction scaffolding improves manufacturing productivity of the scaffolding and improves work efficiency by enabling a worker to easily install and dismantle the scaffolding in a construction site.
본 발명은 생산 및 현장설치 작업이 용이한 건축용 안전발판에 관한 것으로서, 길이방향에 다수개의 요홈이 배열 형성되고, 요홈이 형성된 사이사이에는 미끄럼 방지공이 천공된 발판부와, 발판부의 전후 측에 덧대어져 용접되는 마구리부와, 발판부의 전후 양측에 부착되어 파이프에 걸쳐지는 연결고리를 갖는 공지의 건축용 안전발판에 있어서, 상기 안전발판의 전후 측 마구리부에는 파이프의 저부를 받쳐 지지하는 록킹부재가 부착되어 상기 연결고리와 함께 파이프로부터 안전발판이 착탈 가능하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는바, 본 발명에 따른 건축용 안전발판은 연결고리에 적용되어 파이프를 홀딩하였던 록킹가이드를 생략하고, 안전발판의 양측 마구리부에 상호 대향되는 록킹부재를 구비하여 4지점의 연결고리가 받쳐지는 파이프 구간의 저부 일측을 떠 받쳐 지지토록 하고, 해체시에는 간단하게 록킹부재의 손잡이부를 들어올려 해체할 수 있도록 함으로써, 안전발판의 제작 생산성을 향상시키고, 현장에서의 안전발판 설치 및 해체를 보다 용이하게 실시하여 작업능률을 향상시키는 효과가 제공된다.
