The present invention provides a retaining wall construction method using a precast pile forming a retaining wall by combining a wale support connection member capable of mounting a wale on a precast concrete pile and embedding the precast concrete pile after boring a retaining wall hole. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the retaining wall construction method includes: (a) a step of overlapping and connecting two band-shaped steel plates, wherein the length of one of the steel plates corresponds to the outer circumference of the precast pile and the length of the other one is same as or a bit longer than the outer circumference of the precast pile, by having a connection section formed at both ends, wherein the two steel plates are not overlapped with each other in the connection section, and of forming screw holes in the connection section at both ends in identical positions and numbers to manufacture the wale support connection member comprising an inner band and an outer band; (b) a step of coupling and assembling a headless bolt to the screw hole after forming one or more the wale support connection members and enclosing the precast pile with the wale support connection members at one or more positions in the longitudinal direction into a circular shape; (c) a step of boring and forming the retaining wall hole on the adjacent ground surface at a predetermined depth using a casing, and embedding the precast pile into the retaining wall hole by drawing the precast pile; (d) a step of performing waterproofing grouting to prevent flowing water on the excavated rear surface of the precast pile, embedded after the casing is taken out of the ground, due to excavation from penetrating into the precast pile; (e) a step of performing the excavation and combining a support member to the wale support connection member (20) exposed from the precast pile; and (f) a step of combining an angle bracket to the support member and installing the wale and a timbering member.

본 발명은 기성 콘크리트 말뚝에 띠장을 거치할 수 있는 띠장지지 연결부재를 지상에서 결합시켜 흙막이공 천공 후 근입시켜 흙막이 벽체를 형성하는 기성 말뚝을 이용한 흙막이 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 제 1실시 형태에 따르면, (a) 어느 하나는 기성 말뚝의 외경 둘레에 해당하는 길이를 갖고 다른 하나는 이와 동일하거나 이보다 약간 긴 길이를 갖는 2장의 띠형 강판을 양단부에 서로 겹치지 않는 접합구간을 두고 겹침 접합시키되, 그 양단부 접합구간에 동일 개수로 동일 위치에 복수개의 나사홀을 형성하여 내측 밴드와 외측 밴드로 이루어지는 띠장지지 연결부재를 제작하여 놓는 단계와; (b) 상기 띠장지지 연결부재를 하나 이상 구비하여 지상에서 기성 말뚝에 길이 방향으로 일개소 이상의 위치에 원형으로 밀착되게 감싼 후 상기 나사홀에 무두 볼트를 체결하여 조립해 놓는 단계와; (c) 케이싱을 이용하여 터파기 인접 지면에서 일정 깊이로 천공하여 흙막이공을 형성한 후 상기 기성 말뚝을 인양하여 흙막이공에 근입시켜 놓는 단계와; (d) 상기 케이싱을 지상으로 인발한 후 근입된 기성 말뚝의 굴착 배면측에 터파기로 생기는 유수의 침입을 방지하기 위해 차수그라우팅을 실시하는 단계와; (e) 터파기를 시행하면서 상기 기성 말뚝으로부터 노출된 상기 띠장지지 연결부재(20)에 받침부재를 접합시켜 놓는 단계와; (f) 앵글 브라켓을 상기 받침부재에 접합시켜 놓고 띠장 및 지보재를 설치하는 단계;를 포함하여 시공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
