DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLY CABLE COUPLING DEVICES FOR CARS
The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically assembling/combining a cable for connecting a gap between a door latch mechanism for a vehicle and a side handle or a safety lock in a door latch mechanism. According to the present invention, the apparatus for automatically assembling/combining a cable comprises: a loading part (100) for supplying a door patch mechanism; a cable mounting jig (200) for mounting a cable; a cable aligning part (300) for aligning a form part of one end of the cable in a predetermined direction; a cable combining robot (500) for fitting and combining a fixing neck part of the cable in a fixing groove of a door latch mechanism, and inserting and combining a form part of the cable in an operating lever combining hole of the door latch mechanism after the cable aligned in a predetermined direction through the cable aligning part (300) is gripped and moved; an index (400) to be rotated by having multiple jigs for mounting the door latch mechanism; and an extracting part (600) for extracting a door latch wherein assembling/combining between the cable and the door latch mechanism is finished. The present invention has an effect of improving productivity by automating a combining process between a cable and a door latch mechanism.
본 발명은 자동차용 도어래치메카니즘과 사이드핸들 또는 세이프티락 간을 연결하는 케이블을 도어래치메카니즘에 자동 조립/결합시키는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 도어패치메카니즘을 공급하는 로딩부(100)와; 케이블을 안착시키는 케이블안착지그(200)와; 케이블 일단의 ''형태부분을 항상 일정한 방향으로 정렬시켜주는 케이블정렬부(300)와; 상기 케이블정렬부(300)를 통해 일정한 방향으로 정렬된 케이블을 파지한 다음 이동시켜 도어래치메카니즘의 작동레버 결합공에 케이블의 ''형태부분을 삽입결합시키고 케이블의 고정넥 부분을 도어래치메카니즘의 고정홈에 끼움결합시키는 케이블결합로봇(500)과; 상기 도어래치메카니즘을 안착시키는 지그를 다수 구비하여 로테이션 가능한 인덱스(400)와; 상기 케이블 및 도어래치메카니즘 간의 조립/결합이 완료된 도어래치를 취출하는 취출부(600);로 이루어지는 것이 특징이다. 본 발명은 케이블 및 도어래치메카니즘 간의 결합공정을 자동화시켜 생산성이 대폭 향상되는 효과가 있다.
