THE GABION TYPE SOUNDPROOF PANEL AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SOUNDPROOF STRUCTURE USING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to a gabion type soundproof panel and a soundproof structure using the same. The objective of the present invention is to maximize soundproof efficiency by a sound absorption effect by a sound absorption ball by filling the sound absorption ball inserted with a sound absorbent in a case capable of performing sound absorption and reflection, and a sound absorption effect using an air layer between sound absorption balls, can increase an soundproof effect with the color and size variations of the sound absorption balls, can improve the urban landscape, and can remove ice formed on a road. The gabion type soundproof panel according to the present invention includes: a soundproof panel case (20) which comprises a noise inflow hole and has a space formed inside thereof; and a plurality of sound absorption balls (30) which are formed in three dimensions, form the air layer with each other by being accommodated in the soundproof panel case, and form the air layer. The sound absorption ball comprises a case (31) where reflection and transmission of noise are made, and the sound absorbent (32) attenuating the noise penetrating the case as being accommodated in the case. The case of the sound absorption ball is formed in various shapes such as a sphere, a hexahedron and a polygon.
본 발명은 게비온형 방음판 및 이를 이용한 방음시설에 관한 것으로, 흡음과 반사가 가능한 케이스 안에 흡음재가 삽입된 흡음볼을 방음판 케이스에 충진하여 흡음볼 자체에 의한 흡음효과와 흡음볼들 사이의 공기층을 이용한 흡음효과에 의해 방음효율을 극대화하고 흡음볼의 색상과 크기의 다변화를 통해 방음효과를 높임은 물론 도심지 경관성도 향상하며 노면의 결빙도 제거함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 게비온형 방음판은, 소음 유입공이 구비되며 내부에 공간이 형성된 방음판 케이스(20)와; 입체형으로 이루어지며 상기 방음판 케이스의 내부에 수납되어 상호 간에 공기층을 형성함과 아울러 공기층을 형성하는 다수의 흡음볼(30)을 포함하고, 상기 흡음볼은 소음의 반사와 투과가 이루어지는 케이스(31), 상기 케이스의 내부에 수납되며 상기 케이스를 투과한 소음을 감쇄하는 흡음재(32)로 이루어진다. 상기 흡음볼의 케이스는 구형, 육면체형, 다각형 등 다양한 형상으로 이루어진다.
