MORTAR SPREADING DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTING TILE
A mortar spreading apparatus for constructing a tile includes: a horizontal frame which is extended for the longitudinal direction to be horizontal; a pair of transportation blocks which are combined to both ends of the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame, and can move along a direction vertical to the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame, by comprising a roller on a bottom thereof; a squeeze plate which is formed in a vertical plate shape and is combined to the horizontal frame for a bottom to be separated from the ground; a pair of side plates which are extended from both ends of the lateral direction of the squeeze plate in a direction far from the horizontal frame and have a lower part coming in contact with the ground; and a guide rail which guides the transportation direction of the transportation block. By using the mortar spreading apparatus for constructing the tile according to the present invention, it is possible for an unskilled worker to spread mortar at a uniform thickness, and it is possible to shorten a tile construction period remarkably by performing mortar spreading rapidly as being able to control a gradient of a mortar top plane.
본 발명에 의한 타일시공용 모르타르 도포장치는, 길이방향이 수평을 향하도록 연장되는 수평프레임; 상기 수평프레임의 길이방향 양단에 각각 결합되며, 저면에 롤러가 구비되어 상기 수평프레임의 길이방향과 직각을 이루는 방향으로 이동 가능한 한 쌍의 이송블록; 수직으로 세워진 플레이트 형상으로 형성되되 하단이 지면으로부터 이격되도록 상기 수평프레임에 결합되는 스퀴즈판; 상기 스퀴즈판의 폭방향 양단으로부터 상기 수평프레임과 멀어지는 방향으로 연장되되 하단이 지면에 접촉되는 한 쌍의 측판; 상기 이송블록의 이송방향을 가이드하는 가이드레일;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 타일시공용 모르타르 도포장치를 이용하면, 숙련도가 낮은 작업자도 모르타르를 일정 두께로 고르게 도포할 수 있고, 모르타르 상면의 경사도를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있으며, 모르타르 도포를 빠르게 수행할 수 있어 타일 시공기간을 현저히 단축시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
