PREFABRICATED SAUNA DEVICE THAT IS EQUIPPED WITH A BED
The present invention relates to a prefabricated sauna apparatus which can be used as a bed with a heating function. More particularly, the prefabricated sauna apparatus comprises: a lower side unit including a lower plate frame in a rectangular shape, which is located on the bottom and has one open side, and a lower plate, which is joined to one side of the lower plate frame to be able to slide and includes an embedded heating pipe heated by hot water supplied from the outside through a hose; lateral side units which are joined to the outline of the lower side unit in a perpendicular direction; and an upper side unit including an upper plate, which is joined to upper portions of the lateral side units and face the lower side unit, an opening and closing plate, which is formed on one side of the upper plate and opens and closes a portion of the upper plate, and a support plate, which is located on one side of the upper plate and is formed to be able to slide on the opening and closing unit opened and closed by the opening and closing plate, and has a support groove formed thereon. Joining grooves or joining protrusions, corresponding to the joining grooves, are formed on joining portions in the lower side unit, the lateral side units, and the upper side unit to join the lower side unit, the lateral side units, and the upper side unit to each other. According to the present invention, a sauna effect can be obtained by using heat generated by heating the heat pipe embedded in the lower side unit. The prefabricated sauna apparatus can be conveniently moved by assembling and disassembling the same as the lower side unit, the lateral side units, and the upper side unit are assembled by the joining grooves and the joining protrusions formed on the joining portions. The prefabricated sauna apparatus can be used as a bed with a heating function by sliding and exposing the lower plate, in which the heating pipe is embedded, to the outside.
본 발명은 온열 침대 기능이 구비되는 조립식 사우나 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 바닥에 위치되며 일측이 개방된 사각 형태의 하판프레임 및 상기 하판프레임의 일측으로 슬라이드 가능하게 결합되며 외부로부터 공급되어 호스를 통해 유입되는 온수에 의해 가열되는 히팅파이프가 내설되는 하판이 포함되는 하면부; 상기 하면부의 외곽에 수직 방향으로 결합되는 측면부; 및 상기 측면부의 상부에 수평 방향으로 결합되어 상기 하면부와 마주하게 되는 상판, 상기 상판의 일측에 형성되어 상기 상판의 일부를 개폐하는 개폐판 및 상기 상판의 일측에 위치되되 상기 개폐판에 의해 개폐되는 개폐부에 슬라이드 가능하게 형성되며 받침홈이 형성되는 받침판이 포함되는 상면부로 구성되되, 상기 하면부, 측면부 및 상면부의 연결부에는, 각각 결합홈 또는 상기 결합홈에 대응되는 결합돌기가 형성되어 상호 결합이 이루어지게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 하면부에 내설되는 히팅파이프의 가열에 의해 발생되는 열을 이용하여 사우나 효과를 얻을 수 있고, 하면부, 측면부 및 상면부가 각각의 연결부에 형성되는 결합홈 및 결합돌기에 의해 조립되기 때문에 조립 및 분해를 통해 편리하게 이동시킬 수 있으며, 히팅파이프가 내설되는 하판이 슬라이드되어 외부로 노출되도록 함으로써 온열 침대로 사용될 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a prefabricated sauna apparatus which can be used as a bed with a heating function. 본 발명은 온열 침대 기능이 구비되는 조립식 사우나 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 바닥에 위치되며 일측이 개방된 사각 형태의 하판프레임 및 상기 하판프레임의 일측으로 슬라이드 가능하게 결합되며 외부로부터 공급되어 호스를 통해 유입되는 온수에 의해 가열되는 히팅파이프가 내설되는 하판이 포함되는 하면부; 상기 하면부의 외곽에 수직 방향으로 결합되는 측면부; 및 상기 측면부의 상부에 수평 방향으로 결합되어 상기 하면부와 마주하게 되는 상판, 상기 상판의 일측에 형성되어 상기 상판의 일부를 개폐하는 개폐판 및 상기 상판의 일측에 위치되되 상기 개폐판에 의해 개폐되는 개폐부에 슬라이드 가능하게 형성되며 받침홈이 형성되는 받침판이 포함되는 상면부로 구성되되, 상기 하면부, 측면부 및 상면부의 연결부에는, 각각 결합홈 또는 상기 결합홈에 대응되는 결합돌기가 형성되어 상호 결합이 이루어지게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 하면부에 내설되는 히팅파이프의 가열에 의해 발생되는 열을 이용하여 사우나 효과를 얻을 수 있고, 하면부, 측면부 및 상면부가 각각의 연결부에 형성되는 결합홈 및 결합돌기에 의해 조립되기 때문에 조립 및 분해를 통해 편리하게 이동시킬 수 있으며, 히팅파이프가 내설되는 하판이 슬라이드되어 외부로 노출되도록 함으로써 온열 침대로 사용될 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
