DISCHARGE DEVICE FOR FIRE ENGINE EXHAUST GAS
The present invention provides a discharge device for fire engine exhaust gas, which comprises: an inflow box placed in a groove formed on the floor of a garage in a fire station in a vertical direction to be used for sliding and formed in the shape of a box whose front side and bottom side are opened to guide the exhaust gas discharged from a vehicle in the garage to flow into the groove; a discharge pipe installed in the floor of the garage, whose one end is connected to the groove and which guides the exhaust gas flowing into the groove to be discharged to the outside of the garage; an air blower installed on and connected to the discharge pipe to generate suction power for the exhaust gas in the garage to be discharged to the outside of the garage through the discharge pipe; and an elevating and driving unit installed in the floor of the garage and connected to the inflow box to generate driving power for the inflow box to be elevated and lowered vertically in the groove. The discharge device for fire engine exhaust gas of the present invention has the inflow box installed in the groove, which is formed on the floor of the garage of a fire station, in a vertical direction to be used for sliding and has the discharge pipe, which is connected to the groove, installed in the floor of the garage. Thus, the present invention can make the inflow box protrude upward from the groove only when exhaust gas is discharged from the vehicle through the elevating and driving unit, and can avoid interfering with the movement of a fire truck or a firefighter in the garage of a fire station.
본 발명은, 소방서의 차고지 바닥에 형성된 홈 내측에 상하방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 배치되며, 선측 및 하측이 개방된 박스 구조로 형성된 상태로 차고지 내 차량에서 배출되는 배기가스를 홈으로 유입되게 가이드하는 유입박스, 차고지의 바닥 내측에 설치된 상태로 일단이 홈에 연통되어, 홈으로 유입되는 배기가스를 차고지 외부로 배출되게 가이드하는 배출관, 배출관에 연통 설치되어, 차고지 내 배기가스가 배출관을 통해 차고지 외부로 배출되도록 흡입력을 발생시키는 송풍기, 차고지의 바닥 내측에 설치된 상태로 유입박스와 연결되어, 유입박스가 홈에서 상하방향으로 승강되도록 구동력을 발생시키는 승강구동부를 포함하는 소방차 배기가스 배출장치를 제공한다. 이와 같은, 소방차 배기가스 배출장치는, 소방서의 차고지 바닥에 형성된 홈으로 유입박스를 상하방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치한 상태로 홈에 연결되는 배출관은 차고지 바닥 내측에 설치되게 한 바, 승강구동부를 통해 유입박스가 차량에서 배기가스가 배출될 경우에만 홈으로부터 상방으로 돌출되게 할 수 있으므로, 소방서의 차고지 내에서 소방차나 소방관의 이동에 방해가 되지 않게 된다.

The present invention provides a discharge device for fire engine exhaust gas, which comprises: an inflow box placed in a groove formed on the floor of a garage in a fire station in a vertical direction to be used for sliding and formed in the shape of a box whose front side and bottom side are opened to guide the exhaust gas discharged from a vehicle in the garage to flow into the groove; a discharge pipe installed in the floor of the garage, whose one end is connected to the groove and which guides the exhaust gas flowing into the groove to be discharged to the outside of the garage; an air blower installed on and connected to the discharge pipe to generate suction power for the exhaust gas in the garage to be discharged to the outside of the garage through the discharge pipe; and an elevating and driving unit installed in the floor of the garage and connected to the inflow box to generate driving power for the inflow box to be elevated and lowered vertically in the groove. The discharge device for fire engine exhaust gas of the present invention has the inflow box installed in the groove, which is formed on the floor of the garage of a fire station, in a vertical direction to be used for sliding and has the discharge pipe, which is connected to the groove, installed in the floor of the garage. Thus, the present invention can make the inflow box protrude upward from the groove only when exhaust gas is discharged from the vehicle through the elevating and driving unit, and can avoid interfering with the movement of a fire truck or a firefighter in the garage of a fire station.
본 발명은, 소방서의 차고지 바닥에 형성된 홈 내측에 상하방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 배치되며, 선측 및 하측이 개방된 박스 구조로 형성된 상태로 차고지 내 차량에서 배출되는 배기가스를 홈으로 유입되게 가이드하는 유입박스, 차고지의 바닥 내측에 설치된 상태로 일단이 홈에 연통되어, 홈으로 유입되는 배기가스를 차고지 외부로 배출되게 가이드하는 배출관, 배출관에 연통 설치되어, 차고지 내 배기가스가 배출관을 통해 차고지 외부로 배출되도록 흡입력을 발생시키는 송풍기, 차고지의 바닥 내측에 설치된 상태로 유입박스와 연결되어, 유입박스가 홈에서 상하방향으로 승강되도록 구동력을 발생시키는 승강구동부를 포함하는 소방차 배기가스 배출장치를 제공한다. 이와 같은, 소방차 배기가스 배출장치는, 소방서의 차고지 바닥에 형성된 홈으로 유입박스를 상하방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치한 상태로 홈에 연결되는 배출관은 차고지 바닥 내측에 설치되게 한 바, 승강구동부를 통해 유입박스가 차량에서 배기가스가 배출될 경우에만 홈으로부터 상방으로 돌출되게 할 수 있으므로, 소방서의 차고지 내에서 소방차나 소방관의 이동에 방해가 되지 않게 된다.
