WATERPROOF SHEET AND WATERPROOF LAMINATE COMPRISING THE WATERPROOF SHEET
Disclosed are a waterproof sheet and a waterproof laminate including the same waterproof sheet. The waterproof sheet includes a waterproof resin composition, a foaming agent composition, and a flame-retardant composition, and is foamed to have a specific gravity within a range of 0.5-0.75. The waterproof resin composition is in a form of either a styrene block copolymer (SBC) or an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), or a blended form of the same. The flame retardant composition comprises at least one from magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide. The foaming agent composition is in a blended form of at least one from an organic chemical foaming agent, an inorganic chemical foaming agent, and a capsule-type foaming agent and additionally includes glass bubbles having a specific gravity of 0.3-0.5. According to the present invention, the waterproof sheet has a simple structure as the waterproof sheet can perform a waterproof function with only a single layer without multiple laminated layers. The weight of the waterproof sheet is relatively light due to uniformly formed pores compared to an existing waterproof sheet without pores. In addition, the waterproof sheet itself has a flame retardant function.
방수시트 및 상기 방수시트를 포함하는 방수적층체가 개시된다.개시되는 방수시트는 방수 수지 조성물, 발포제 조성물 및 난연제 조성물을 포함하고, 비중이 0.5 내지 0.75 범위 내에 있도록 발포되어 형성되며, 상기 방수 수지 조성물은 스타이렌 블록 공중합체(SBC)와 이피디엠(EPDM, ethylene propylene diene monomer) 중 하나 또는 그 블렌드 형태이고, 상기 난연제 조성물은 수산화마그네슘과 수산화알루미늄 중 적어도 하나를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 발포제 조성물은 유기화학 발포제, 무기화학 발포제 및 캡슐형 발포제 중 하나 또는 2종 이상의 블렌드 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 발포제 조성물은 비중이 0.3 내지 0.5로 이루어진 글라스버블을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.개시되는 방수시트 및 상기 방수시트를 포함하는 방수적층체에 의하면, 여러 층이 적층된 형태가 아닌 단일층만으로도 방수시트로 기능할 수 있어서 그 구조가 간명할 뿐만 아니라, 균일하게 발생된 발포에 의해 방수시트의 자체 하중이 그러한 발포가 전혀 없는 종래의 방수시트에 비해 상대적으로 적으며, 방수시트 자체가 난연 기능이 구비한 장점이 있다.
