BARGE HAVING JACKUP DEVICE
The present invention relates to a barge having a structure capable of raising a platform in a short period of time. The present invention comprises: a quadrangular platform; multiple support columns erected vertically on the platform; and a jack-up device installed on the support columns to raise the platform. The jack-up device includes: multiple pin insertion holes penetrating the support columns in a lateral direction and installed in the lengthwise direction of the support columns; multiple hanging pins installed by being inserted into the pin insertion holes respectively and having a protruding part protruding by a certain length from the surface of the support columns during installation; an upside hanging member moving in the lengthwise direction of the support columns and hanging on the hanging pins; a hydraulic cylinder having a lower end installed on the platform and having a piston rod combined with the upside hanging member to allow the upside hanging member to approach and separate from the platform; and a downside hanging member fixated to the platform to move in the lengthwise direction of the support columns and hang on the hanging pin.
본 발명은 플랫폼의 상승작업이 짧은 시간에 이루어질 수 있는 구조의 바지선에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 사각의 플랫폼과, 상기 플랫폼에 각각 수직으로 세워지는 복수의 지지기둥과, 상기 지지기둥에 설치되어 플랫폼을 상승시키는 잭업장치를 포함하되, 상기 잭업장치는, 지지기둥에 측방향으로 관통되는 것으로 지지기둥의 길이방향을 따라 설치되는 다수의 핀삽입공과, 상기 핀삽입공에 각각 삽입됨으로써 설치되고 그 설치시 지지기둥의 표면에서 소정길이 돌출되는 돌출부를 가진 다수의 걸림핀과, 상기 지지기둥의 길이방향을 따라 이동하고 걸림핀에 걸림되는 상측걸림작동부재와, 상기 플랫폼에 하단이 설치되고 피스톤로드가 상측걸림작동부재에 결합되어 상측걸림작동부재를 플랫폼에 대하여 접근 및 이격작동시키는 유압실린더와, 상기 플랫폼에 고정되어 지지기둥의 길이방향을 따라 이동하고 걸림핀에 걸림되는 하측걸림작동부재를 포함한다.
