The present invention relates to a safety handrail easy to install. The safety handrail is installed for safety at an elevator aperture and an aperture of a short section like a vertical window of a staircase in a building construction site. The safety handrail of the present invention comprises: an upper side ring groove which has a rectangular board shape, has a bent path of a ring shape, which has an open front and is curved downside on an upper side, and has a fastening groove of a circular shape formed at an end; a middle ring groove which has a bent path of a ring shape which has an open front and is curved downside on a middle part, and has a fastening groove of a circular shape formed on an end; a pair of handrail fixing boards which are fixed to a wall by comprising a plurality of through-holes on the side; a fixture which fixes the handrail fixing board to the wall by penetrating the through-hole formed on the handrail fixing board; an upper handrail in a pole shape, which is fixed by being fastened to the upper side ring groove; a middle part in a pole shape, which is fixed by being fastened to the middle ring groove; and a subsidiary handrail board in a rectangular board shape, which is installed at a lower part of the handrail fixing board. Therefore, the safety handrail of the present invention has the advantage of easy installation and separation and free height adjustment and solidity, and also has the advantage of preventing a negligible accident like falling of a worker in advance. And the safety handrail of the present invention can be installed and separated in a short time by a simple structure, and can improve work efficiency by being deconstructed easily.

본 발명은 설치가 용이한 안전 난간에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 건축공사 현장에서 엘리베이터 개구부 및 계단의 수직창 등의 짧은 구간의 개구부에 안전을 위해 설치되는 안전 난간에 있어서, 직사각형의 판체 형상으로서, 상측에는 전면이 개방되어 하측으로 굽어져 내려가는 고리 형상의 절곡로가 형성되며 말단에 원형상의 체결홈이 형성된 상측고리홈과, 중간부에는 전면이 개방되어 하측으로 굽어져 내려가는 고리 형상의 절곡로가 형성되며 말단에 원형상의 체결홈이 형성된 중간고리홈과, 상기 측면 상에 다수 형성된 통공으로 구성되어 벽체에 고정 설치되는 한 쌍의 난간대 고정판과, 상기 난간대 고정판 상에 형성된 통공을 관통하여 상기 난간대 고정판을 벽체에 고정하는 고정구와, 봉 형상으로서 상기 상측고리홈에 체결되어 고정되는 상부 난간대와, 봉 형상으로서 상기 중간고리홈에 체결되어 고정되는 중간대와, 직사각형 판체 형상으로서 상기 난간대 고정판의 하부에 설치되는 보조 난간판으로 구성된다.따라서 설치 및 탈착이 용이하고 높이 조절이 자유로우며 견고할 뿐만 아니라 작업자의 추락과 같은 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 간단한 구조로서 설치 및 탈착에 소요되는 시간이 적게 걸리며 유사시 난간대의 해체가 용이하여 작업 능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 현실적이고도 활용도가 높은 매우 유용한 발명이다.
