The present invention relates to a moving screen including an auxiliary screen. An objective of the present invention is to provide a moving screen including an auxiliary screen which prevents an impurity from passing between screen units, and prevents a linear impurity such as a hair from tangling on an end of a bar protruding between the screen units. The moving screen comprises: a plurality of screen units; an endless chain connected to the screen units; a plurality of sprockets mounted on the endless chain; and a motor connected to any one of the sprockets to rotate the sprocket. The screen unit comprises: a support frame whose left and right ends are mounted on the endless chain to operate with the endless chain; a plurality of bars installed on a front surface of the support frame, extended from the front surface of the support frame in a vertical direction, and separated from each other in a horizontal direction; and an auxiliary screen protruding from an upper surface or a lower surface of the support frame to cover a space between two adjacent screen units.
본 발명은 보조스크린을 포함하는 무빙스크린에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 스크린유닛과 스크린유닛의 사이로 협잡물이 통과하는 것을 방지하고, 더불어 스크린유닛과 스크린유닛의 사이로 돌출된 바의 끝단에 머리카락과 같은 선형의 협잡물이 엉키는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 보조스크린을 포함하는 무빙스크린을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 다수개의 스크린유닛과, 상기 다수개의 스크린유닛과 연결된 엔드리스 체인과, 상기 엔드리스 체인과 결합된 다수개의 스프라켓과, 상기 다수개의 스프라켓 중 어느 한 스프라켓과 연결되어 스프라켓을 회전시키는 모터를 포함하는 무빙스크린에 있어서, 상기 스크린유닛은, 좌우 양단이 상기 엔드리스 체인과 결합되어 엔드리스 체인과 함께 거동하는 지지틀; 상기 지지틀의 전면에 설치되되, 상기 지지틀의 전방에서 수직방향으로 연장되고, 수평방향으로 상호 이격된 구조를 갖도록 설치된 다수개의 바; 및 이웃하게 배치되는 두 스크린유닛의 사이 공간을 커버하도록 상기 지지틀의 상면 또는 저면으로부터 돌출되게 설치된 보조스크린;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 보조스크린을 포함하는 무빙스크린을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a moving screen including an auxiliary screen.
