GROUT COMPOSITION AND GROUTING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly grout composition and a grouting construction method using the same. The present invention provides the eco-friendly grout composition and the grouting construction method using the same, wherein the composition is composed of first injection liquid containing natural mineral powder and second injection liquid containing a polymer based inorganic substance in a two-liquid phase type, thereby having permeability and a semipermanent impermeable effect and being capable of absorbing and blocking a harmful constituent. The grout composition according to the present invention contains the first injection liquid and the second injection liquid, wherein the first injection liquid contains 50-100 parts by weight of the inorganic substance powder, 0.1-5 parts by weight of nano-powdered activated carbon, 0.1-5 parts by weight of expansion agent, 0.1-5 parts by weight of superplasticizer, and 200-250 parts by weight of water, with respect to 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag; and the second injection liquid contains 50-100 parts by weight of the polymer based inorganic substance, and 140-160 parts by weight of water, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the blast furnace slag.
본 발명은 친환경 그라우트 조성물과 이를 이용한 그라우팅 시공공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 천연광물분말을 포함하는 제1주입액과, 고분자계 무기질을 함유하는 제2주입재의 2액형으로 이루어져, 침투성 및 반영구적 차수효과를 구비하고, 유해성분을 흡수 및 차단할 수 있는 친환경적인 그라우트 조성물과 이를 이용한 그라우팅 시공공법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 그라우트 조성물은 제1주입액과 제2주입액으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1주입액은 고로슬래그 100 중량부에, 무기질분말 50∼100 중량부, 나노분말 활성탄 0.1∼5중량부, 팽창제 0.1∼5 중량부, 고유동화제 0.1∼5 중량부, 물 200∼250 중량부로 이루어지며, 제2주입액은 고로슬래그 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여, 고분자계 무기질 50∼100 중량부, 물 140∼160 중량부로 이루어져 있다.
