CONER BEAD FOR GYPSUM PLASTER BOARDS WITH IMPROVED CONSTRUCTABILITY
Disclosed in the present invention is a technology on a corner bead for gypsum plaster boards configured to effectively install gypsum plaster boards on the corner part of a concrete building. According to the present invention, the corner bead for gypsum plaster boards provides a finishing process with precise dimensions regardless of type and process style of a building, and significantly reducing the process time and workforce through a structure which can quickly be installed in a stable mode. To achieve the above purpose, the present invention has a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate protruded to both sides of an X shaft surface, and third and fourth vertical plates protruded to both sides of a Y shaft surface. The vertical plate protruded to both sides comprises a corner column which forms at least a pair of opposite fixated processes.
본 발명은 콘크리트 건축물의 코너부에서 석고보드가 효과적으로 설치되도록 하는 석고보드용 코너비드의 기술을 기재한다. 본 발명에 따른 석고보드용 코너비드는 건축물의 방식 및 공정형식에 상관없이 정밀한 치수로 마감공정을 할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공하며, 또한, 안정된 형태로 신속하게 설치될 수 있는 구조를 가지고 있어, 공정시간 및 인력을 현저히 줄일 수 있는 효과를 제공한다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 x축면의 양측으로 돌출되는 제 1, 2수직판 및 y축면의 양측으로 돌출되는 제 3, 4수직판을 구비하되, 상기 양측으로 돌출되는 수직판에는 한 쌍 이상의 대향하는 고정돌기를 형성하는 코너기둥을 포함하여 구성한다.
