The present invention provides a multifunctional safety handrail wherein a rotary wing whose rotation angle can be adjusted is installed on a safety handrail to perform a wind-shielding function, a soundproof function, and a drop prevention function. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the multifunctional safety handrail comprises: a lower handrail support beam formed in a hollow shape of a certain length and provided with lower pivot holes formed on an upper surface thereof at regular intervals; a plurality of handrail posts installed inside the lower handrail support beam; an upper handrail beam supported on upper ends of the handrail posts, arranged in parallel with the lower handrail support beam, and provided with upper pivot holes which are formed on a lower surface thereof, face the lower pivot holes, and are arranged on vertical lines on which the lower pivot holes are disposed; a plurality of rotating wings whose lower ends are pivoted in the lower pivot holes and whose upper ends are pivoted in the upper pivot holes to be rotated; and a wing link disposed in the upper handrail beam to connect the rotating wings with hinges.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 사정을 감안하여 창안된 것으로, 안전 난간에 회전 각도 조절이 가능한 회전형 날개가 설치되어 방풍, 방음, 낙하투하방지를 함께 겸할 수 있도록 한 다기능 안전 난간을 제공한다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 다기능 안전 난간은, 중공형으로 상면에 일정 간격마다 하부 피봇홀이 형성되어 있는 일정 길이의 하부 난간받침대와; 상기 하부 난간받침대에 입설되어 있는 복수개의 난간 지주와; 상기 난간 지주의 상단에 지지되어 상기 하부 난간받침대와 수평적으로 배치되어 있고, 하면에 상기 하부 피봇홀에 각기 마주보고 동일 수직선상에 대응하는 상부 피봇홀이 형성되어 있는 상부 난간대와; 하단이 상기 하부 피봇홀에 피봇 결합되어 있고 상단이 상기 상부 피봇홀에 피봇 결합되어 회전가능하게 설치된 다수개의 로테이팅 윙과; 상기 상부 난간대의 내부에 배치되어 상기 다수개의 로테이팅 윙을 힌지로 연결하는 윙 링크;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
