CONCRETE REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE USING INCOMBUSTIBLE REINFORCING PANEL AND METHOD FOR REINFORCING CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a reinforcement structure for a concrete structure, using a nonflammable reinforcing panel, and a repair and reinforcement construction method for a concrete structure, wherein the reinforcement structure for a concrete structure can improve fire resistance and structural durability of a concrete structure by attaching the nonflammable reinforcing panel to a side of the concrete structure. According to the present invention, the reinforcement structure of repairing and reinforcing the concrete structure by constructing the nonflammable reinforcing panel on one side of the concrete structure includes: a panel support member including a fixing unit fixed to one side of the concrete structure, a rail connection unit supporting an edge part of the nonflammable reinforcing panel by being adjacent to the edge part by being formed in the fixing unit to be extended downwards, an insertion protrusion formed in a sphere shape in a lower end of the rail connection unit, and a support rail coupled to the rail connection unit by having an insertion groove in which the insertion protrusion of the rail connection unit is pressed therein by being tightly fitted and supporting the lower surface of the edge part of the nonflammable reinforcing panel; an adhesion panel of a resin material, fixed to the upper surface of the nonflammable reinforcing panel by being formed in the shape of a flat plate and having an adhesive accommodation groove in which an adhesive is accommodated, wherein one end is connected to the adhesive accommodation groove and an outlet connected to the outside through the upper surface is formed on the other end; and the adhesive bonding the adhesion panel to one side of the concrete structure by being discharged through the outlet of the adhesion panel when the nonflammable reinforcing panel is combined with the panel support member.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 일면에 불연성의 보강 패널을 부착하여 콘크리트 구조물의 구조 내력을 증대시킴과 동시에 내화성 증대시킬 수 있는 불연성 보강 패널을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보강구조체 및 보수 보강 공법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 구조물 보강구조체는, 콘크리트 구조물의 일면에 불연성 보강패널을 시공하여 콘크리트 구조물을 보수 보강하는 보강구조체에 있어서, 콘크리트 구조물의 일면에 고정되게 결합되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부에 하측으로 연장되게 형성되어 상기 불연성 보강패널의 가장자리 부분과 연접하여 지지하는 레일결합부와, 상기 레일결합부의 하단부에 구형상으로 형성되어 있는 끼움돌기와, 상기 레일결합부의 끼움돌기가 억지끼움식으로 압입되는 끼움홈이 형성되어 레일결합부에 결합되면서 불연성 보강패널의 가장자리 부분의 하부면을 지탱하는 서포트레일을 포함하는 패널지지부재와; 평한 판상으로 되어 상기 불연성 보강패널의 상부면에 고정되며, 내부에 접착제가 수용되어 있는 접착제 수용홈이 형성되고, 일단이 상기 접착제 수용홈과 연통되고 타단이 상부면을 통해 외부와 연통되어 있는 토출구가 형성되어 있는 수지 재질의 접착패널과; 기 불연성 보강패널이 패널지지부재에 결합될 때 상기 접착패널의 토출구를 통해 토출되어 접착패널을 콘크리트 구조물의 일면에 접착시키는 접착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a reinforcement structure for a concrete structure, using a nonflammable reinforcing panel, and a repair and reinforcement construction method for a concrete structure, wherein the reinforcement structure for a concrete structure can improve fire resistance and structural durability of a concrete structure by attaching the nonflammable reinforcing panel to a side of the concrete structure. 본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 일면에 불연성의 보강 패널을 부착하여 콘크리트 구조물의 구조 내력을 증대시킴과 동시에 내화성 증대시킬 수 있는 불연성 보강 패널을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보강구조체 및 보수 보강 공법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 구조물 보강구조체는, 콘크리트 구조물의 일면에 불연성 보강패널을 시공하여 콘크리트 구조물을 보수 보강하는 보강구조체에 있어서, 콘크리트 구조물의 일면에 고정되게 결합되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부에 하측으로 연장되게 형성되어 상기 불연성 보강패널의 가장자리 부분과 연접하여 지지하는 레일결합부와, 상기 레일결합부의 하단부에 구형상으로 형성되어 있는 끼움돌기와, 상기 레일결합부의 끼움돌기가 억지끼움식으로 압입되는 끼움홈이 형성되어 레일결합부에 결합되면서 불연성 보강패널의 가장자리 부분의 하부면을 지탱하는 서포트레일을 포함하는 패널지지부재와; 평한 판상으로 되어 상기 불연성 보강패널의 상부면에 고정되며, 내부에 접착제가 수용되어 있는 접착제 수용홈이 형성되고, 일단이 상기 접착제 수용홈과 연통되고 타단이 상부면을 통해 외부와 연통되어 있는 토출구가 형성되어 있는 수지 재질의 접착패널과; 기 불연성 보강패널이 패널지지부재에 결합될 때 상기 접착패널의 토출구를 통해 토출되어 접착패널을 콘크리트 구조물의 일면에 접착시키는 접착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
