REMOVABLE ANTI-ICING SPRAY APPARATUS AND ANTI-ICING SYSTEM THEREOF
The present invention relates to a spray device of spraying a liquid or granule antifreeze substance onto a road surface while a spray unit reciprocates in a direction of a road, wherein the spray device with the spray unit is located on the road surface, and an antifreeze system capable of thawing or preventing freezing in a freezing section by using the spray device and helping safe driving by informing a driver of various kinds of information on the freezing section. To achieve the purpose, a moving type antifreeze substance spray device comprises: a bottom support having an upper opening in the longitudinal direction and installed along the road surface; a top support mounted on the upper part of the bottom support; a nozzle unit installed in the bottom support and the top support and including a spray nozzle for discharging the antifreeze substance; an antifreeze substance supply unit for the spray nozzle of the nozzle unit; and a driving unit enabling the nozzle unit to linearly reciprocate in the longitudinal direction of the top support. According to the present invention, the antifreeze system using the moving type antifreeze substance spray device comprises: the spray device and a freezing sensor, installed in the freezing section on a road; a vehicle entry sensor, a freezing section guide, and spray device operation display device, which are individually installed at the front and rear of a front freezing section located on the front side of the freezing section of the road; a vehicle access sensor installed in a rear freezing section located on the rear side of the freezing section of the road; and a main controller controlling the display device and the driving unit of the spray device according to each sensing value of the freezing sensor, the vehicle entry sensor, and the vehicle access sensor.
본 발명은 분사유닛이 탑재된 분사장치를 도로 노면에 설치하여 도로 방향을 따라 분사유닛이 왕복운동을 하면서 액상 또는 과립의 결빙방지제를 도로 노면에 분사하는 분사장치와, 이 분사장치를 이용하여 결빙구간 내의 해빙 및 결빙 방지를 구현하고 결빙구간에 대한 각종 정보를 알리며 안전 운전에 기여할 수 있는 결빙 방지 시스템에 관한 것이다.이를 구현하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 이동식 결빙방지제 분사장치는 도로 노면을 따라 설치되고 길이방향을 따라 상방 개구부(開口部)를 갖는 바텀서포트; 상기 바텀서포트 상부 측에 장착되는 탑서포트; 상기 바텀 및 탑 서포트에 개재(介在)되고, 결빙방지제 토출용 분사노즐을 포함하는 노즐유닛; 상기 노즐유닛의 분사노즐에 대한 결빙방지제 공급유닛; 및 상기 노즐유닛을 상기 탑서포트의 길이방향을 따라 직선왕복운동케 하기 위한 구동유닛;을 포함하여 이루어지도록 구현하며,본 발명에 따른 이동식 결빙방지제 분사장치를 이용한 결빙 방지 시스템은 도로의 결빙구간에 설치되는 상기 분사장치와, 결빙감지센서; 도로의 결빙구간 전방에 위치한 결빙진입전구간에 전후로 각각 설치되는 차량진입감지센서와, 결빙구간안내 및 분사장치 작동 여부 표시장치; 도로의 결빙구간 후방에 위치한 결빙진출후구간에 설치되는 차량진출감지센서; 및 상기 결빙감지센서, 차량진입감지센서, 차량진출감지센서 각각의 센싱값에 따라 상기 분사장치의 구동유닛과 상기 표시장치를 제어하는 메인컨트롤러;를 포함하여 이루어지도록 구현한다.
