PANEL STRUCTURE OF ASSEMBLING OUTER INSULATION
The present invention relates to a structure to assemble outer insulation panels and, more specifically, relates to a structure to assemble outer insulation panels capable of simplifying a construction process, adjusting a gap to an outer wall, and preventing a diffusion of a fire by having a structure of continuously assembling panels wherein an insulation material and a finishing material are integrated. According to the present invention, the structure to assemble the outer insulation panels comprises: L-shaped fixing frames fixated on a predetermined position of an outer wall of a building; and panels charged with an insulation material and coated with a finishing material having an upper part whereon a panel fixing member bent backwards to have a fitting groove with a rear surface opened to be fitted in a horizontal part of the fixing frame is longitudinally formed and both surfaces whereon panel connection members bent outwards to have a connection groove are respectively formed symmetric to each other. A coupling protrusion protruding at a same height as the panel fixing member is longitudinally formed on an upper part of the panels, and a coupling member having a coupling groove corresponding to the coupling protrusion is longitudinally formed on a lower part thereof. The present invention additionally comprises a floor finishing panel assembled to finish the lower part of the lowermost panels among the panels. The floor finishing panel has a C-shaped fitting groove longitudinally formed with an opened rear surface, an L-shaped groove formed on an upper part of a front side, and a coupling protrusion longitudinally formed on one surface thereof.
본 발명은 조립식 외단열 패널 구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 단열재와 마감재가 일체화된 패널을 연속적으로 조립하는 구조로 이루어짐에 따라 시공공정을 단순화시키는 한편 외벽과의 간격 조절이 가능하고 화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있는 외벽의 조립식 외단열 패널 구조에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 조립식 외단열 패널 구조는, 건축물 외벽의 소정 위치에 밀착 고정되는 "L"자 형태의 고정프레임과; 내부에 단열재가 충진되고 그 외면에 마감재가 도포되며, 상부에는 후방으로 절곡 연장되어 상기 고정프레임의 수평부에 끼움 결합되도록 후면이 개방되는 끼움홈을 갖는 패널고정부재가 길이방향으로 형성되고, 양측면에는 외측으로 절곡 연장되어 연결홈을 갖는 각각의 패널연결부재가 서로 대칭되게 형성되는 패널을 포함하며; 상기 패널의 상부에는 상기 패널고정부재와 동일한 높이로 돌출되는 결합돌기가 길이방향으로 형성되고, 하부에는 상기 결합돌기에 대응되는 결합홈을 갖는 결합부재가 길이방향으로 형성되고; 상기 패널들 중에서 최하단에 위치한 패널들의 하부를 마감하기 위해 조립되는 바닥마감패널을 더 포함하며, 상기 바닥마감패널은 후면이 개방된 "ㄷ"자 형태의 끼움홈이 길이방향으로 형성되고, 전방 상부에는 "ㄴ"자 형태의 함몰홈이 형성되고 그 일면에 결합돌기가 길이방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
