LEAK-PROOF TRANSPARENT SOUNDPROOF STRUCTURE OF THE TUNNEL
The present invention relates to a drain guiding type water leakage prevention and soundproof tunnel, for preventing a water leakage effectively by adding a water drainage function to a soundproof plate gap portion of the soundproof tunnel. In the soundproof tunnel, a band type molding (20) is provided along a connection part of a soundproof plate (10), a support member (30) to support the connection part of the soundproof plate (10) is provided at a lower part, a fastening piece (21) is penetrated and fastened into the molding (20) to be fixed to the support member (30), and the support member (30) is mounted on an upper part of a roof frame (40) to be supported. The support member (30) comprises: an open part (31) formed on an upper part in order for rainwater flowing in through the connection portion gap of the soundproof plate (10) to fall down; a drainage guiding groove (32) for guiding the rainwater fallen through the open part (31) provided in the support member (30); and a rubber pad (50) which is provided for improving airtightness with the soundproof roof (10) on an upper part of the support member (30).
본 발명은 배수유도형 누수방지 방음터널에 관한 것으로서, 방음터널의 방음판 틈새부위에 배수기능을 부가하여 누수현상을 효과적으로 방지하기 위한 것이다.이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 방음판(10) 연결부위를 따라 띠형태의 몰딩(20)이 안착 구성되고, 상기 방음판(10) 연결부위를 지지하기 위한 지지부재(30)가 하부에 구성되며, 상기 몰딩(20)에는 체결피스(21)가 관통 체결되어 지지부재(30)와의 고정이 이루어지고, 상기 지지부재(30)는 지붕프레임(40) 상부에 안착 지지되는 방음터널에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(30)는 방음판(10) 연결부위 틈새를 통해 유입된 우수가 낙하되어질 수 있도록 개방부(31)가 상부에 형성되고; 상기 개방부(31)를 통해 낙하된 우수의 안내를 위한 배수안내홈(32)이 지지부재(30) 내부에 구비되며; 상기 지지부재(30) 상부에는 방음판(10)과의 기밀성 향상을 위한 고무패드(50)가 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
