The present invention relates to a fusion type lane painting apparatus and, more specifically, to a fusion type lane painting apparatus which can prevent damage to a tilted hopper from acidic or alkaline melted paint flowing at a high temperature by mounting an auxiliary tilted hopper made of synthetic resins having heat resistance and chemical resistance to the tilted hopper which sends melted paint discharged from a melted paint storage bath to store melted paint for painting a lane to a reservoir bath located in the lower part of the fusion type lane painting apparatus. Additionally, the present invention has an auxiliary tilted hopper made of synthetic resins having heat resistance and chemical resistance inside the tilted hopper in which melted paint flows. An effect of resolving a problem of damage to the tilted hopper due to melted paint flowing at a high temperature can be obtained, and an effect of easily removing fixed paint using a solvent like a thinner can be obtained when paint is coagulated and fixed to the auxiliary tilted hopper. When the auxiliary hopper is damaged by melted paint after successively using the auxiliary hopper, an effect of removing and exchanging only the auxiliary hopper from the tilted hopper can be obtained.
본 발명은 도로에 차선을 도색하는 차선도색장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하면 차선도색을 위한 용융된 도료를 저장하는 용융도료 저장조에서 배출되는 용융도료를 융착식 차선도색장치의 하부에 위치된 저류조로 유동시키는 경사호퍼에 내열성과 내화학성을 가지는 합성수지 재질의 보조 경사호퍼를 장착시켜, 고온의 상태로 유동되는 산성 또는 알칼리성의 용융도료에 의하여 경사호퍼가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 융착식 차선도색장치에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 용융도료가 유동되는 경사호퍼의 안쪽에 내열성 및 내화학성을 가지는 합성수지 재질의 보조 경사호퍼가 구비되어, 고온으로 유동되는 용융도료에 의하여 경사호퍼가 손상되는 문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있고; 보조 경사호퍼에 도료가 응고되어 고착된 경우에 시너와 같은 용제를 이용하여 고착된 도료를 용이하게 제거할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며; 계속적인 보조 경사호퍼의 사용 이후 보조 경사호퍼가 용융도료에 의하여 손상된 경우, 보조 경사호퍼만을 경사호퍼에서 분리하여 교체할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
