ROLLER BRACKET FOR SLIDING DOOR TYPE DEVICE
The present invention is to provide a roller bracket mounting device for a sliding door to simply and easily mount a roller bracket mounted on a frame of a sliding door to be movable on a rail and to provide a high supporting force even against a load of the door. The roller bracket mounting device comprises: a slide groove which is formed in each transverse frame provided at upper and lower portions of a frame of a door to have a width narrower than the width of the transverse frame; a fastening piece which is slid and inserted to the slide groove; and at least one fastener which fastens and fixes a fastening face of the roller bracket and the fastening piece by screw coupling. Accordingly, there is an effect of raising production efficiency since an assembly work is rapidly performed within a short time, and there is an effect of preventing deflection even when a decorative panel or a mirror is being installed on the door.
레일 상에서 이동 가능하게 미닫이식 도어의 틀프레임으로 장착되는 롤러 브래킷을 간편하고 손쉽게 장착할 수 있음은 물론 도어의 하중에도 높은 지지력을 가질 수 있도록 도어의 틀프레임의 상하부에 구비되는 각각의 가로틀에 그 가로틀의 폭 보다 좁은 폭을 갖도록 형성되는 슬라이드홈; 상기 슬라이드홈에 슬라이딩 삽입되는 체결편; 및 상기 롤러 브래킷의 체결면과 상기 체결편을 나사 결합방식에 의해 체결 고정되는 적어도 하나 이상의 체결구;를 포함하는 미닫이식 도어의 롤러 브래킷 장착장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 조립작업이 단시간 내에 신속하게 이루어짐에 따라 생산 효율성을 높일 수 있는 효과와 함께 도어에 장식패널이나 거울 등을 설치 시에도 처짐이 발생하지 않는 효과를 가진다.
