FIRST RAINWATER TREATMENT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an initial rainwater treatment apparatus, with efficient purification treatment by separately discharging a precipitated material such as mud and upper water in residual water in the initial rainwater treatment apparatus after a rainfall. The apparatus comprises: an inlet installed to receive the initial rainwater at the time of a rainfall; a settling tank installed to filter waste and solid contents of the initial rainwater introduced through the inlet; a filtration tank having a horizontal filter layer and filtering by elevating and passing the filter layer after introducing the upper water of the settling tank to the lower space of the filter layer through a connecting path; and an outlet installed at the filtration tank to discharge the filtered water of the upper side of the filter layer which has passed the filter layer. In the lower part of the settling tank, a settling tank supporting plate is horizontally installed at a predetermined height from the bottom in one among a network shape, a square shape, and a bar shape. At one side of the settling tank supporting plate, a first residual water separation means is installed to move along the upper surface of the settling tank supporting plate and to uncover a first cover layer on the upper surface of the settling tank supporting plate, and a first upper water pump installed at the upper part of settling tank supporting plate to discharge the upper water to the outside and a first lower water pump installed at the lower part of settling tank supporting plate to discharge the mud to the outside.
본 발명의 목적은 강우가 종료된 후 초기우수 처리장치 내의 잔류수에서 진흙 등 침전물과 그 상측의 상층수를 구분하여 배출시킴으로써 정화처리를 보다 효율적으로 할 수 있는 구조의 초기우수 처리장치를 제공하는 것이다. 이에 따라 본 발명의 초기우수 처리장치는, 강우시 초기우수가 유입될 수 있도록 설치되는 유입구; 상기 유입구를 통해서 유입되는 초기우수의 협잡물 및 고형물을 걸러줄 수 있도록 설치된 침전조; 수평의 필터층이 형성되고 상기 침전조의 상층수가 연결로를 통해 상기 필터층의 하측공간에 유입되어 상기 필터층을 상승하면서 통과하여 여과되는 여과조; 상기 여과조에 설치되는 것으로 상기 필터층을 통과한 상기 필터층의 상측의 여과수가 배출되는 배출구를 포함하되, 상기 침전조의 하부에는 바닥에서 소정높이에 망형상, 격자형상, 발형상 중 어느 하나이 구조인 수평의 침전조받침플레이트가 설치되고, 상기 침전조받침플레이트의 일측에는 상기 침전조받침플레이트의 상면을 타고 이동하여 상기 침전조받침플레이트의 상면에 제1커버막을 펼치는 제1잔류수분리수단이 설치되며, 상기 침전조받침플레이트의 상측에 설치되어 상층수를 외부로 배출하는 제1상측수중펌프와, 상기 침전조받침플레이트의 하측에 설치되어 이수(泥水)를 외부로 배출하는 제1하측수중펌프가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an initial rainwater treatment apparatus, with efficient purification treatment by separately discharging a precipitated material such as mud and upper water in residual water in the initial rainwater treatment apparatus after a rainfall.
