The device (100) has a primary element provided with a lower part (1) and an upper part (2), where each part is equipped with an upper and lower surface. An aperture is formed by a recess (8) that is located on the upper part for receiving a screw body of a screw (9) and another recess that is located on the lower part for receiving a screw head. The upper surface of the lower part is inclined according to a slope and the lower surface of the upper part is inclined according to another slope. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a half-clip for a railway rail fastening device (2) an assembly of a bridge crane or a harbor crane.
