WALL PANEL FOR CONCRETE WATER TANK
The present invention relates to a wall panel for a concrete water tank improved to prevent the separation of a PE resin panel from a stainless steel panel. The present invention provides a wall panel for a concrete water tank. In the stainless steel panel, multiple vertical resin grooves are formed vertically downward to a predetermined depth throughout the entire surface at constant intervals. Lateral resin grooves are formed at a predetermined depth to be perpendicular to both lateral surfaces of the vertical resin grooves. A molten PE resin is filled and stuck in the vertical resin grooves and the lateral resin grooves so the PE resin panel is formed. The flat surface of the molten PE resin protruding from the top surface of the stainless steel panel at a predetermined thickness is maintained. An adhesive layer is formed by coating a space between the top surface, the inner surfaces of the vertical and lateral resin grooves, and the PE resin panel with a predetermined thickness of a resin adhesive. The outer surfaces of the vertical resin grooves are formed to be flat, thereby being coupled to adhere to an inner wall surface of a concrete wall. An empty space is formed between the vertical resin grooves. In addition, the wall panel is coupled to the concrete wall by a coupling member by passing through the vertical resin grooves and penetrating through the stainless steel panel. The width of the lateral surfaces of the vertical resin grooves becomes narrow to the lower side at a predetermined angle.
본 발명은 스테인리스 스틸 패널에서 PE 수지 패널이 이탈되지 않도록 개선된 콘크리트 수조용 벽체패널에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 스테인리스 스틸 패널에는 하방으로 수직하게 소정 깊이로 전체면에 걸쳐 일정 간격으로 다수 개의 수직 수지홈이 형성되고 상기 수직 수지홈의 양 측면과 직교되게 소정 깊이로 측면 수지홈이 다수 형성되며, PE 수지 패널은 상기 수직 수지홈과 상기 측면 수지홈에 PE 용융수지가 채워져 고착되어 형성되고 상기 스테인리스 스틸 패널의 상면 위로 상기 PE 용융수지가 소정 두께로 돌출 형성되되 평탄면을 유지하며 형성되어 이루어지며, 상기 접착제층은 상기 상면, 상기 수직 수지홈 및 상기 측면 수지홈의 내면과 상기 PE 수지 패널 사이에 소정 두께로 수지접착제가 도포되어 형성되고, 그리고 상기 수직 수지홈의 외부면은 평탄하게 형성되어 콘크리트 벽체의 내부 벽면에 밀착되게 체결되고, 상기 수직 수지홈들 사이에는 빈공간이 형성되며, 또한 벽체패널은 상기 콘크리트 벽체와 체결부재에 의해 체결되되 상기 수직 수지홈을 경유하고 상기 스테인리스 스틸 패널을 관통하며 체결되고, 그리고 상기 수직 수지홈의 측면은 하부로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지며 소정 각도로 경사져 형성된 콘크리트 수조용 벽체패널을 제공한다.
