VARIABLE TYPE FORM APPATATUS OF DECKED GIRDER
Disclosed is a variable form device used when manufacturing a slab-integrated girder wherein an upper flange, a web, and a lower flange are integrally formed. The variable form device of the present application includes: a form unit with a lower form corresponding to the lower flange, a web form connected to the lower form and corresponding to the web, and an upper form connected to the web form and corresponding to the upper flange; a hinge unit hinge-connecting a left lower plate and a right lower plate of the upper form to the top of a left plate of the web form and the top of a right plate of the web form respectively; a driving unit rotating the upper form around the hinge unit or supporting the upper form. The web form includes a height adjusting unit capable of separately adjusting the heights of the left unit and the right unit.
상부 플랜지, 웹 및 하부 플랜지가 일체적으로 형성되는 슬래브 일체형 거더의 제작시 이용되는 가변형 거푸집 장치가 개시되며, 본원의 가변형 거푸집 장치는 상기 하부 플랜지에 대응하는 하부 거푸집, 상기 하부 거푸집과 연결되고 상기 웹에 대응하는 웹 거푸집, 및 상기 웹 거푸집과 연결되고 상기 상부 플랜지에 대응하는 상부 거푸집을 포함하는 거푸집부, 상기 상부 거푸집의 좌측 하면판 및 우측 하면판을 상기 웹 거푸집의 좌측판 및 우측판 각각의 상단에 힌지 연결하는 힌지부, 상기 힌지부를 중심으로 상기 상부 거푸집을 회전시키거나, 상기 상부 거푸집을 지지하는 구동부를 포함하되, 상기 웹 거푸집은 그 좌측부 및 우측부의 높이를 각각 개별적으로 조절하는 높이 조절부를 포함할 수 있다.
