SAFETY FENCE AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM FOR SAFETY USING THE SAME
The present invention is aimed to provide a traffic safety system by utilizing a safety fence which can largely secure the safety of a pedestrian. The safety fence can be used in a children protection zone (school zone) or in a senior protection zone where the safety of pedestrians is largely required. To this end, according to the present invention, provided is the safety fence which is installed on a sidewalk (P) in a road zone where a road (R) and the sidewalk (P) coexist and which includes a post (10) and a handrail pole (20). A safety fence installation standard line (4) marks the boundary between the sidewalk (P) and the road (R). Neighboring posts (10) are installed on both sides of the safety fence installation standard line (4), and the handrail pole (20) is installed between two neighboring posts (10) while intersecting the safety fence installation standard line (4). On the handrail pole (20), the top-viewed angle (a second angle) between the line of sight of a pedestrian and an article installed on the safety fence installation standard line (4) is bigger than the top-viewed angle (a first angle) between the line of sight of a pedestrian and the safety fence installation line (4), thereby providing a driver or a pedestrian with easiness to recognize the displayed article even from a long distance.
본 발명은 보행자의 안전이 크게 요구되는 어린이 보호구역(스쿨존)이나 노인 보호구역 등에 사용되어 보행자의 안전을 크게 확보할 수 있는 안전 난간과 이를 이용한 교통안전 시스템을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명에서는, 차도(R)와 인도(P)가 공존하는 도로 구간에서 인도(P)상에 설치되고 지주(10)와 난간대(20)를 포함하는 안전 난간으로서, 인도(P)와 차도(R)의 경계선과 나란하게 형성되는 난간 설치 기준선(4)에 대해, 인접한 지주(10)가 상기 난간 설치 기준선(4)의 서로 반대편에 위치하고, 평면도를 기준으로 인접한 두 개의 지주(10) 사이에 설치된 난간대(20)가 상기 난간 설치 기준선(4)과 교차되도록 설치되며, 상기 난간대(20)에는, 차도(R) 상을 운행하는 운전자나 인도(P) 상의 보행하는 보행자의 시선 방향과 상기 난간 설치 기준선(4)이 이루는 평면도 상의 예각(제1각도)에 비해, 상기 시선 방향과 상기 난간대(20)에 설치된 시설물의 평면도 상의 평균 각도가 이루는 예각(제2각도)이 더 커서 상기 시설물 상의 표시 내용을 운전자나 보행자가 멀리서도 인식하기 쉬운 안전 난간을 제공한다.
