DOOR CHECKER
The present invention relates to a door checker applied to maintain open and closed states when a door is open and closed. The door checker includes; an outer case having an opening unit on one side; a checker arm installed in the outer case to move; a vehicle body connection unit installed on one end of the checker arm and exposed to the outside through the opening unit; an inner case installed at the other end of the checker arm and having a roller on one side coming into contact with the outer case and a slider on the other side coming into the contact with the outer case so that the checker arm can move in the outer case; and a profiler attached to inner one side of the outer case coming into contact with the roller and guiding a movement of the roller.
본 발명은 도어 개폐시 절도감 부여 및 개폐 상태 유지를 위해 적용되는 도어 체커에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 일측에 개구부가 마련되는 아우터 케이스, 상기 아우터 케이스의 내부에 유동 가능하게 설치되는 체커 암, 상기 체커 암의 일단에 마련되어 상기 개구부를 통해 외부로 노출되는 차체 연결부, 상기 체커 암의 타단에 마련되어 상기 체커 암이 상기 아우터 케이스의 내부에서 유동가능하도록 상기 아우터 케이스와 맞닿는 일측면에 롤러가 마련되고 상기 아우터 케이스와 맞닿는 타측면에 슬라이더가 마련되는 인너 케이스 및 상기 롤러와 맞닿는 상기 아우터 케이스의 내부 일측에 부착되어 상기 롤러의 이동을 가이드하는 프로파일러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 도어 개폐시 절도감 부여 및 개폐 상태 유지를 위해 적용되는 도어 체커에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 일측에 개구부가 마련되는 아우터 케이스, 상기 아우터 케이스의 내부에 유동 가능하게 설치되는 체커 암, 상기 체커 암의 일단에 마련되어 상기 개구부를 통해 외부로 노출되는 차체 연결부, 상기 체커 암의 타단에 마련되어 상기 체커 암이 상기 아우터 케이스의 내부에서 유동가능하도록 상기 아우터 케이스와 맞닿는 일측면에 롤러가 마련되고 상기 아우터 케이스와 맞닿는 타측면에 슬라이더가 마련되는 인너 케이스 및 상기 롤러와 맞닿는 상기 아우터 케이스의 내부 일측에 부착되어 상기 롤러의 이동을 가이드하는 프로파일러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
