LOCKING DEVICE FOR A DOOR OF DISH-WASHER
Provided is a latch unit for a locking device for a dishwasher, which comprises: a latch body fixated on the main frame of the dishwasher to form the exterior body and to have a mounting space inside; a hanging member installed in the latch body to be able to move forward and backward and to be able to rotate up and down around the end on the rear side, which has a constraining end for constraining a hanging bump of a locking unit formed by being bent downward on the end on the front side; a recovery member compressed when the hanging member moves forward, and recovered when the hanging member moves backward, which assists the movement backward of the hanging member; and a slider installed on the front side part in the latch body to be able to move forward and backward and to be moved backward by the hanging bump of the locking unit to gradually pressurize the constraining end of the hanging member for the hanging bump to be constrained by being hung on the constraining end. The present invention can reduce the force required when the door is to be closed, increase the force required when the door is to be opened, and let the door be opened and closed smoothly. The present invention can also prevent an unwanted opening of the door when the door is closed.
본 발명은 세척기 본체에 고정되면서 외관 몸체를 이룸과 더불어 내부에는 장착 공간이 형성된 래치몸체와, 상기 래치몸체 내에 전후 이동 가능하게 설치됨과 더불어 후방측 끝단을 회전 중심으로 하여 상하 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 전방측 끝단에는 락킹유닛의 걸림턱을 구속하는 구속단이 하향 절곡 형성되어 이루어진 걸림부재와, 상기 걸림부재의 전진 이동시 압축됨과 더불어 걸림부재의 후퇴 이동시 복원되면서 상기 걸림부재의 후퇴 이동을 보조하는 복원부재와, 상기 래치몸체 내의 전방측 부위에 전후 이동 가능하게 설치됨과 더불어 상기 락킹유닛의 걸림턱에 의해 후퇴 이동되면서 상기 걸림부재의 구속단을 점차 가압하여 상기 구속단에 상기 걸림턱이 걸려 구속되도록 하는 슬라이더를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 식기 세척기용 도어 잠금장치의 래치유닛이 제공되며, 이를 통해 도어의 닫힘 조작시 요구되는 힘을 줄일 수 있도록 하면서도 도어의 열림 조작시 요구되는 힘은 늘릴 수 있도록 하여 원활한 도어의 폐쇄가 이루어질 수 있도록 하면서도 도어가 폐쇄된 상태에서는 원치않게 개방됨을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
