PREPARATION METHOD OF NATURAL STONE FOR FURNITURE AND ANTI-STAINING NATURAL STONE FURNITURE PREPARED THEREFROM
The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing and finishing a natural stone for furniture to prevent contamination and stain from contaminants while providing a honed and matte effect of a natural stone texture without an artificial feeling, unlike painting, and a natural stone for furniture with both a honed effect and stain resistance manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing a natural stone for furniture comprises the steps of: i) providing a natural stone; ii) polishing the surface of the natural stone; iii) diluting and providing urethane-based resin paint with a diluent at a volume ratio (v/v) of 1:3 to 1:6; vi) spraying the diluted urethane-based resin paint onto the surface of the natural stone by a spraying amount of 20 to 40 m^2/L; and vii) drying the surface of the natural stone, wherein the polishing is performed by sandpaper #150 to #220 or a polishing ceramic plate #150 to #300.
본 발명에서는 도료 도포와 같은 인공적으로 가공된 느낌이 없이 천연석재의 질감의 혼드(무광) 효과를 가지면서도 오염물로부터 오염 및 얼룩이 방지되는 가구용 천연석재의 제조(마감)방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된, 혼드 효과 및 내오염성을 모두 구비한 가구용 천연석재가 제공된다.
