METHOD OF WIRE BONDING AND WIRE FIXTURE FIXTURE
A wire fixture (10) of the present invention includes: a horizontal linear unit on one side of the outer circumference, at least one gripper formed into an inclined part connected to the liner unit and having a pressing groove in the inner circumference; a pair of wedges joined to the outer circumference of a steel wire by a ring member joined in the other side of the gripper; and a housing joining the wedges by forming an internal inclined hole. The internal inclined hole is composed of a first inclined hole formed inward from one side, a linear hole having a horizontal inner circumference connected to the first inclined hole, and a second inclined hole connected to the linear hole and formed in the other side of the inclined hole. The steel wire, the center of the grippers, and the center of the inclined holes coincide all together when extending the steel wire after penetrating the steel wire through the inclined holes by joining the wedges, which are joined to the steel wire, to the inclined holes and joining linear units of the wedges to the inclined holes. Thus, each of the grippers around the outer circumference of the steel wire is joined to the inclined hole without twisting. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stable fixing force of the steel wire fixture.
본 발명의 와이어 고정구 10는 외주연 일측에 수평의 직선부가 형성되고, 상기 직선부와 연이어 이음되는 경사부로 이루어지며 내주연에 가압홈을 갖는 하나 이상의 파지구가 마련되고, 상기 파지구 타측에 링부재를 통해 강선 외주연에 한 개조로 결합되는 웨지와, 내부에 경사공을 형성하여 웨지를 결합하되, 상기 경사공은 일측에서 내부방향으로 제1경사공이 형성되고 상기 제1경사공과 이음되는 수평의 내주연을 갖는 직선공을 형성하며, 상기 직선공과 이음되어 경사공 타측 방향으로 형성되는 제2경사공으로 이루어진 하우징으로 구성하여, 상기 강선에 결합된 웨지를 경사공에 결합하여 강선이 경사공에서 관통되도록 한 다음 웨지의 직선부를 하우징의 직선공에 결합한 다음 강선을 인장하면 강선 및 복수의 파지구의 중심이 경사공의 중심과 일치되면서 강선 외주연에서 각각의 파지구가 틀어짐 없이 경사공에 결합되도록 구성한다.
