OPENING AND CLOSING STOPPER FOR SINK DRAIN
The present invention is provided to obtain an opening and closing stopper for a sink drain, which is able to: firmly keep a drain inlet opened or closed without errors; facilitate continuous and smooth drainage and complete closure; and guarantee stability and reliability for the opening and closing operations of the drain inlet. The provided opening and closing stopper for a sink drain comprises: a drainage plate of a funnel shape in which the drain inlet in the center is positioned to be lower than the edge and a raised part is formed in the bottom of the edge; an upper opening type double pipe which is installed in the center of the drainage pipe, has an installation space between concentric elevating guide pipe and opening and closing guide pipe, and enables the elevating guide pipe and the opening and closing guide pipe to be integrated toward the bottom side; two or more furring bamboos which connect a drain pipe with a double pipe by being formed in a drain space between the drain pipe and the double pipe; a stopper plate which opens and closes the inlet of the drain pipe and enables the elevating pipe of the bottom surface to be inserted into the elevating guide pipe; a spring which supports the stopper plate by being loaded into the installation space; and elastic plates which are formed symmetrically in the bottom of the stopper plate, have an elasticity generating space formed between the elastic plates, and penetrate the center of the opening and closing guide pipe of the double pipe.
본 발명은 배수구 입구의 개방 또는 폐쇄상태를 오류 없이 확고히 유지할 수 있고, 배수의 연속성과 원활성 그리고 폐쇄의 완결성을 도모할 수 있으며, 나아가 배수관 입구의 개폐작동에 대한 안정성 및 신뢰성이 담보되는 싱크대 배수구용 개폐마개를 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 중앙의 배수관 입구가 테두리에 비해 낮게 위치되고, 테두리의 저면에는 단턱이 형성되는 깔때기형태의 배수판과; 상기 배수관의 중심에 구비되고 동심인 승강안내관과 개폐안내관 사이에 설치공간이 형성되며, 상기 승강안내관과 개폐안내관이 바닥으로 일체화되는 상부 개방형 이중관과; 상기 배수관 및 이중관 사이의 배수공간에 형성되어 배수관과 이중관을 연결하는 두 개 이상의 힘살과; 상기 배수관 입구를 개폐하고 저면의 승강관이 상기 승강안내관 내에 삽입되는 마개판과; 상기 설치공간에 장전되어 마개판을 지지하는 스프링과; 상기 마개판의 저면에 대칭 형성되어 그 사이에 탄성생성공간이 형성되고 상기 이중관의 개폐안내관 중심을 관통하는 양측의 탄력판으로 구성되는 싱크대 배수구용 개폐마개를 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The present invention is provided to obtain an opening and closing stopper for a sink drain, which is able to: firmly keep a drain inlet opened or closed without errors; facilitate continuous and smooth drainage and complete closure; and guarantee stability and reliability for the opening and closing operations of the drain inlet.
