METHOD FOR PAVEMENT MARKING CONSTRUCTION USING PAINT COMPOSITION CONTAINING POLYUREA RESIN
The present invention relates to a road mark construction method which comprises the steps of: I) painting a paint composition containing polyurea resin as a main material and a curing agent; and II) spraying glass beads with a refractive index of 1.5-1.7 and an average diameter of 600-1200 μm. The construction method according to the present invention can guarantee the visibility in the night or in case of rain, have excellent durability, prevent the discoloration of the road mark caused by ultraviolet rays and, particularly, conveniently construct various kinds of road marks at low temperatures lower than and equal to 0°C or at high temperatures higher than and equal to 60°C.
본 발명은 I) 폴리우레아 수지 주제 및 경화제를 포함하는 도료 조성물을 노면에 도장하는 단계; 및 II) 상기 도장된 노면에 굴절률이 1.5 내지 1.7이고, 평균입경이 600 내지 1200 ㎛인 유리 비드를 살포하는 단계;를 포함하는 노면표시선 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 시공방법에 따르면, 야간 또는 우천시에도 시인성이 확보되고 내구성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라, 자외선에 의한 노면표시선의 변색을 방지할 수 있으며, 특히 0℃ 이하의 저온이나 60℃ 이상의 고온에서도 다양한 종류의 노면표시선을 간편하게 시공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
