AUTOMATIC DOOR SYSTEM FOR UNCOVERED FREIGHT TRAIN
The present invention relates to an automatic cover system for an uncovered freight train. The automatic cover system for an uncovered freight train comprises: a cover part which has a cover for opening and closing the top of a loading box of an uncovered freight train; opening and closing devices which are formed in the front and rear of the uncovered freight train and allow both ends of the cover to be coupled thereto to support the opening and closing of the cover; and a drive device which has a wire member for operating the opening and closing devices, an opening and closing part for supporting the winding and unwinding of the wire member, a drive motor for providing rotation force to the opening and closing part, and a power supply part which applies power to the drive motor. Accordingly, the present invention reduces the installation and maintenance costs of the automatic cover system as the top of the loading box can be opened and closed even if the conventional uncovered freight train is not remodeled or demolished.
본 발명은 무개화차용 자동 덮개장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 무개화차의 적재함 상부를 개폐하는 덮개커버가 구성된 덮개부; 상기 무개화차의 전,후방에 각각 구성되고 상기 덮개커버의 양단이 결합되어 상기 덮개커버의 개폐 작동을 지지하는 개폐장치; 상기 개폐장치를 작동시키는 와이어 부재와, 상기 와이어 부재의 풀림 및 권취 작동을 지지하는 개폐 구동부와, 상기 개폐 구동부측으로 회전력을 제공하는 구동모터, 및 상기 구동모터에 전원을 인가하는 동력 공급부를 포함하는 구동장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 기존 무개화차의 시설을 개조하거나, 철거하지 않은 상태에서도 설치하여 적재함 상부를 개폐할 수 있어 자동 덮개장치의 설치 및 유지 관리 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an automatic cover system for an uncovered freight train. 본 발명은 무개화차용 자동 덮개장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 무개화차의 적재함 상부를 개폐하는 덮개커버가 구성된 덮개부; 상기 무개화차의 전,후방에 각각 구성되고 상기 덮개커버의 양단이 결합되어 상기 덮개커버의 개폐 작동을 지지하는 개폐장치; 상기 개폐장치를 작동시키는 와이어 부재와, 상기 와이어 부재의 풀림 및 권취 작동을 지지하는 개폐 구동부와, 상기 개폐 구동부측으로 회전력을 제공하는 구동모터, 및 상기 구동모터에 전원을 인가하는 동력 공급부를 포함하는 구동장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 기존 무개화차의 시설을 개조하거나, 철거하지 않은 상태에서도 설치하여 적재함 상부를 개폐할 수 있어 자동 덮개장치의 설치 및 유지 관리 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
