ASSEMBLED WATER TANK FOR EASY MAINTENANCE
The assembled water tank of the present invention, in an assembled water tank for storing water, comprises: a basic floor unit making the floor; a wall unit formed vertically on the edge of the basic floor unit; and a ceiling unit to cover the top surface of the wall unit. The wall unit comprises: a vertical frame with an H-shaped cross section made of both flanges and a web; a horizontal frame perpendicularly combined to adjoining vertical frames at regular vertical intervals; a panel member combined with one side surface of the horizontal frame to form an internal wall surface; and a sheet member attached to the front surface of the panel member. The horizontal frame is combined with the internal cross section of the web or the flanges of the vertical frame. The panel member is combined with one side surface of the horizontal frame to protrude to a certain thickness from the internal end unit line of the vertical frame. The external surface of the internal flange of the vertical frame excluding the one placed in the edge is applied with an insulation material combined with the panel member protruding to a certain thickness in both sides in a parallel manner. A sheet member is attached to the front surface of the insulation material. In between the vertical frames facing each other, an internal reinforcing material, where a tension is introduced by a turn buckle with its both ends fixated on the vertical frame, is installed in the assembled water tank into a lattice at a height of 1.8 m or higher from the basic floor unit.
본 발명은 물을 저수(貯水)하기 위한 조립식 물탱크에서, 조립식 물탱크는 바닥을 이루는 기초바닥부와 기초바닥부의 가장자리에서 수직되게 형성되는 벽체부와 벽체부의 상부면을 막아주는 천장부로 구성되되, 벽체부는 양 플랜지와 웨브로 이루어진 H형 단면의 수직프레임과 인접한 수직프레임 사이에서 일정 높이마다 직교방향으로 결합되는 수평프레임과 수평프레임의 일측면에 결합되어 내부 벽면을 형성시키는 패널부재와 패널부재 전면에 부착되는 시트부재로 이루어지고, 수평프레임은 수직프레임의 웨브 또는 플랜지의 내단면에 결합되고, 패널부재는 수직프레임의 내측 단부선보다 소정 두께 돌출된 형태로 수평프레임의 일측면에 결합되며, 모서리에 배치되는 것을 제외한 수직프레임의 내측 플랜지의 외면에는 양측으로 일정 두께 돌출된 패널부재와 평행한 면을 이루며 결합되는 단열재가 추가로 구비되고, 단열재 전면에 시트부재가 부착되고, 서로 반대편에서 마주보이는 수직프레임 사이에는 양단이 수직프레임에 고정된 채 턴버클에 의해 긴장력이 도입되는 내부보강재가 기초바닥부로부터 1.8M 이상 높이에서 격자를 이루며 상기 조립식 물탱크 내부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The assembled water tank of the present invention, in an assembled water tank for storing water, comprises: a basic floor unit making the floor; a wall unit formed vertically on the edge of the basic floor unit; and a ceiling unit to cover the top surface of the wall unit. The wall unit comprises: a vertical frame with an H-shaped cross section made of both flanges and a web; a horizontal frame perpendicularly combined to adjoining vertical frames at regular vertical intervals; a panel member combined with one side surface of the horizontal frame to form an internal wall surface; and a sheet member attached to the front surface of the panel member. 본 발명은 물을 저수(貯水)하기 위한 조립식 물탱크에서, 조립식 물탱크는 바닥을 이루는 기초바닥부와 기초바닥부의 가장자리에서 수직되게 형성되는 벽체부와 벽체부의 상부면을 막아주는 천장부로 구성되되, 벽체부는 양 플랜지와 웨브로 이루어진 H형 단면의 수직프레임과 인접한 수직프레임 사이에서 일정 높이마다 직교방향으로 결합되는 수평프레임과 수평프레임의 일측면에 결합되어 내부 벽면을 형성시키는 패널부재와 패널부재 전면에 부착되는 시트부재로 이루어지고, 수평프레임은 수직프레임의 웨브 또는 플랜지의 내단면에 결합되고, 패널부재는 수직프레임의 내측 단부선보다 소정 두께 돌출된 형태로 수평프레임의 일측면에 결합되며, 모서리에 배치되는 것을 제외한 수직프레임의 내측 플랜지의 외면에는 양측으로 일정 두께 돌출된 패널부재와 평행한 면을 이루며 결합되는 단열재가 추가로 구비되고, 단열재 전면에 시트부재가 부착되고, 서로 반대편에서 마주보이는 수직프레임 사이에는 양단이 수직프레임에 고정된 채 턴버클에 의해 긴장력이 도입되는 내부보강재가 기초바닥부로부터 1.8M 이상 높이에서 격자를 이루며 상기 조립식 물탱크 내부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
