The present invention provides a construction method of an eco-friendly parking lot for buildings and apartment houses, where: a continuously bonded double T-shaped slab can be used without difficulties even in a long span structure since two vertical ribs reinforce the bottom of the slab; an increase in cracks in a simple connection unit, which uses the conventional half slab connection method, and a water leak from the roof floor are prevented; a part of the reinforcement for the central bottom of the half slab is arranged as temperature bars to be arranged at the top of an end to reduce the reinforcement amount and allow continuous connection for additionally reducing the amount of concrete; a natural light is used for lighting in the internal space to reduce the power consumption; the construction period is reduced; and convenience in construction can be achieved.
본 발명은 연속접합 더블티형 슬래브는 2개의 슬래브 저부로 수직리브가 보강되어 길이가 긴 장경간에서도 무리 없이 사용할 수 있고, 종래 하프 슬래브 접합 방식인 단순 접합부에서의 균열 증가를 방지와 지붕층 누수를 방지하며, 하프 슬래브 중앙 하부의 철근량 일부를 단부 상부에 배근되었던 온도 철근에 함으로써 철근량을 감소시키고 더불어 콘크리트의 량도 추가로 감소하게 하는 연속접합을 가능하게 함은 물론 내부 공간 조명을 자연 채광을 이용하여 수행토록 함으로써 소비전력을 줄이고 시공기간을 단축하며 시공편리성도 달성할 수 있도록 한 건축물 및 공동주택의 친환경 주차장 시공 방법을 제공한다.
