SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR INSTALLATION OF ACCESS FLOOR PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a supporting stand for an access floor panel and a method for manufacturing the same. The supporting stand comprises: a base part comprising a base supported on a floor, a hollow part arranged on the base, an adaptor coupled to the hollow part, and a pillar with a thread to screw into and combine with the adaptor; and a head part comprising a head at the top of the stand on which a panel is placed, a hollow part disposed in the head, an adaptor combined along with the hollow part, on which the head is placed, a head part which comprises a pillar with a thread to screw into and combine with the adaptor. Therefore, internal force and earthquake resistance of the head, the pillar, and the bases is able to be reinforced, and the supporting stand is appropriate for parts sharing, low cost production and earthquake resistant design.
액세스 플로어 지주대 및 제조 방법에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은 바닥에 지지 되는 베이스, 상기 베이스에 형성된 중공부, 상기 중공부를 따라 결합 되는 어댑터, 상기 어댑터를 나사 결합하는 나사산이 형성된 기둥을 포함하는 베이스부; 및 상부에 패널이 얹혀지는 헤드, 상기 헤드에 형성된 중공부, 상기 중공부를 따라 결합 되어 헤드를 안착하는 어댑터, 상기 어댑터를 나사 결합하는 나사산이 형성된 기둥을 포함하는 헤드부;로 이루어짐으로써 헤드와 기둥 그리고 베이스들의 내력과 내진성을 강화하고 부품 공용화, 저 단가 제조 및 보강과 내진 설계에 적합하다.

The present invention relates to a supporting stand for an access floor panel and a method for manufacturing the same.
