PLATFORM STEP APPARATUS WITH FOLDABLE STEP PLATE
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a platform step unit which prevents a delay of operation by preventing occurrence of negligent accidents by minimizing a gap between a platform and a railroad car. In order to achieve this purpose, the platform step unit comprises: a housing part fixed and disposed on a platform; a transmission unit which transmits driving force generated from a driving unit; and a foldable step unit including a foldable step inner folding support part operated inside the housing part by the driving force of the driving unit transmitted via the transmission unit, and a foldable step plate which is at least connected to the foldable step inner folding support part, and can be folded and retracted to be received by rotating a longitudinal direction in parallel with the platform on a rotary shaft in accordance with operation of the foldable step inner folding support part. In regards to this, the foldable step inner folding support part has a plurality of rotary shafts which are disposed to be nonparallel with each other when reflecting on a plane vertical to an entry direction of the platform when the foldable step plate is completely unfolded. In addition the driving unit generates the driving force moved in the entry direction of the platform. Also, the transmission unit rotates the foldable step inner folding support part by transmitting the driving force of the driving unit, and at least a part of the transmission unit can release contact between the driving unit and the foldable step unit.
본 발명은, 플랫폼에 위치 고정되어 배치되는 하우징부와, 상기 구동 유니트에서 생성된 구동력을 전달하는 전달 유니트와, 상기 전달 유니트를 통하여 전달되는 상기 구동 유니트의 구동력에 의하여 가동되어 상기 하우징부의 내부에서 가동되는 폴더블 스텝 이너 폴딩 지지부 및 적어도 상기 폴더블 스텝 이너 폴딩 지지부에 연결되어 상기 폴더블 스텝 이너 폴딩 지지부의 가동에 따라 플랫폼에 평행한 길이 방향을 회전축으로 회동하여 접철 인출 수용 가능한 폴더블 스텝 플레이트를 구비하는 폴더블 스텝 유니트를 포함하고, 상기 폴더블 스텝 이너 폴딩 지지부는, 상기 폴더블 스텝 플레이트의 완전 전개시 플랫폼의 진입 방향에 수직한 평면 상에 투영시 상호 비평행하게 배치되는 복수 개의 회전축을 구비하고, 상기 구동 유니트는 플랫폼의 진입 방향으로 이동하는 구동력을 생성하고, 상기 전달 유니트는 상기 구동 유니트의 구동력을 전달하여 상기 폴더블 스텝 이너 폴딩 지지부를 회동시키되, 상기 전달 유니트의 적어도 일부는 상기 구동 유니트와 상기 폴더블 스텝 유니트를 접촉 해제 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫폼 스텝 장치를 제공한다.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a platform step unit which prevents a delay of operation by preventing occurrence of negligent accidents by minimizing a gap between a platform and a railroad car.
