SUPPORT ANCHORAGE OF FINISHING MEMBER, CONTRUCTING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF
According to the present invention, an apparatus for installing a support anchor of a finishing member comprises: an anchor pipe driven into an insulation material to reinforce strength of a support anchor of a finishing member, penetrated in an axial direction to enclose an anchor bolt and form a shape whose both ends are opened, and provided with a lancing portion formed on one end thereof, torn in the axial direction to form a slit, and formed by pushing one side of a torn portion to the inside thereof; and a tool coupler detachably mounted on one end of the anchor pipe to transfer a force of a tool to the anchor pipe through the lancing portion of the anchor pipe to allow the anchor pipe to receive the force of the tool to be driven into the insulation material in the axial direction to allow the other end of the anchor pipe to reach a wall. According to the present invention, when installing the wall finishing member, damage to the insulation material is minimized to prevent degradation of insulation performance. A thickness change of the insulation material can be handled. Installation convenience and workability can be greatly improved when installing the finishing member.
본 발명의 마감재 지지앵커 시공장치는, 단열재에 박혀서 상기 마감재 지지앵커의 강도를 보강하며, 상기 앵커 볼트를 둘러싸도록 축방향으로 관통되어서 양단이 개방된 형상을 이루되, 일단에는 축 방향으로 찢어서 슬릿(slit)을 내고 찢어진 일측면을 파이프 내측으로 밀어넣어 형성한 랜싱부(lancing portion)가 구비되는 앵커 파이프와; 상기 앵커 파이프가 공구의 힘을 전달받아 축 방향으로 상기 단열재를 파고들어가서 상기 앵커 파이프의 타단이 상기 벽면에 닿도록, 상기 앵커 파이프의 일단에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어서 상기 공구의 힘을 상기 앵커 파이프의 랜싱부를 통해 앵커 파이프로 전달하는 공구 커플러;를 포함하여 구성된다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 벽면 마감재 시공시, 단열재의 손상을 최소화하여 단열성능의 저하를 방지할 수 있고, 단열재의 두께변화에 대응할 수 있으며, 마감재 시공에 있어서의 시공 편의성 및 작업성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.

According to the present invention, an apparatus for installing a support anchor of a finishing member comprises: an anchor pipe driven into an insulation material to reinforce strength of a support anchor of a finishing member, penetrated in an axial direction to enclose an anchor bolt and form a shape whose both ends are opened, and provided with a lancing portion formed on one end thereof, torn in the axial direction to form a slit, and formed by pushing one side of a torn portion to the inside thereof; and a tool coupler detachably mounted on one end of the anchor pipe to transfer a force of a tool to the anchor pipe through the lancing portion of the anchor pipe to allow the anchor pipe to receive the force of the tool to be driven into the insulation material in the axial direction to allow the other end of the anchor pipe to reach a wall. According to the present invention, when installing the wall finishing member, damage to the insulation material is minimized to prevent degradation of insulation performance.
