CONCRETE PLACING HOPPER HAVING TWO WAY OPEN-CLOSE DEVICE OF DISCHARGE PORT
The present invention relates to a two-way open-close concrete placing hopper for a discharge port, capable of opening and closing a discharge port of a hopper in two ways to enable the concrete to quickly be discharged from a central area of the discharge port; to reduce loss of concrete; and to prevent injury due to an accidental releases of the concrete and contamination of a construction site. According to the present invention, the two-way open-close concrete placing hopper for a discharge port comprises: a hopper (10) lifted and conveyed by a crane which discharges the concrete; a supporter (30) formed on a lower part of the hopper and secured to the ground; and an opening/closing unit (20) which opens and closes the discharge port of the hopper. The opening/closing unit includes first and second open-close plates (21, 22) which close each half of the hopper′s discharge port respectively, or close the discharge port by being displaced with the layered structure on the lower part of the discharge port; and a driving unit which opens the discharge port by splaying the first and second opening/closing plates, and closes the discharge port by moving together the first and second opening/closing plates.
본 발명은 토출구의 양방향 개폐형 콘크리트 타설 장치에 관한 것으로, 호퍼의 토출구를 양방향으로 개폐하여 콘크리트가 토출구의 중심부에서부터 신속하게 배출되도록 하는 한편 신속한 폐쇄를 통해 콘크리트의 손실을 줄이고 콘크리트의 낙하에 의한 작업자의 부상과 공사현장의 오염을 방지함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 토출구의 양방향 개폐형 콘크리트 타설 장치는, 크레인에 의해 인양 및 운반되며 콘크리트를 공급받아 배출하는 호퍼(10)와; 상기 호퍼의 저부에 형성되며 지면에 안착되는 지지대(30)와; 상기 호퍼의 토출구를 개폐하는 개폐수단(20)을 포함하고, 상기 개폐수단은, 상기 호퍼의 토출구를 양분하여 각각 절반씩을 폐쇄하거나 상기 토출구의 저부에 서로 겹쳐지는 층상 구조로 배치되어 상기 토출구를 폐쇄하는 제1,2개폐판(21,22), 상기 제1,2개폐판을 서로 벌어지도록 하여 상기 토출구를 개방하고 상기 제1,2개폐판을 서로 모아지도록 하여 상기 토출구를 폐쇄하도록 구동수단으로 구성된다.
